..compare to body/face fat-Billie before Dookie era to thin and slightly healthy body-Billie now ..I would perfer him thin and healthy now.

He could be insecure about his height, it's not really a secret that he has self-esteem issues.

You can't tell how healthy someone is just from how skinny/chubby they are, there's a wide range of sizes people can be healthy at and some people are naturally slight. Also he really wasn't ever fat, he just put on a few extra pounds and wasn't tiny for a bit.

I do think it's just the way he was standing. Someone posted another picture from that show above and he doesn't seem as gaunty in it.

I can't even imagine how he ever could be even thinner. He's really slight the way he is. It surprised me, he's thinner that I expected and this is one of his less-skinny times

I've been bonier than he was in that picture and I was always in a healthy weight range. A few more or less pounds than average doesn't automatically mean someone's unhealthy.

Sorry to keep saying it but the man's only ever gained or lost a few pounds , it's nothing to be worried about.

Somebody needs to remind Billie that colours other than black actually exist.  He's worn complete black for months now.

 I wouldn't mind seeing these sexy pink shoes again, tbh:

I'm not sure. When I first saw the photo, I thought it could possibly be photoshopped, but those shoes look good on him anyway, so I don't really care.

However, I do agree with you about Billie needing to wear brighter colours. I think red is the colour that looks the best on him.
