His hair is definitely trimmed up but it also looks floofy in that photo. You know I always have to comment on the hair. Also it looks like he's put on a little weight during his break, which is a good thing. He was starting to look gaunt after the last leg. And the big question is, why in the world are they recording at a studio in Perth Australia??

When can we not comment on his hair? He said in an old interview (the one with the halloween costume story) that he likes finding studios and recording demos while on tour, so I'm guessing that's why.

In any case, I'm happy that they're actively recording demos. Maybe it means we won't have to wait too long between albums and check into rehab.

Speaking of his hair, I've just discovered this hairstyle and I'm absolutely obsessed.
