I would prefer them to release an album when they are inspired. Cause if you think about it 1039, Kerplunk, Dookie, Insomniac, Nimrod were released about 1 1/2 years to 2 years apart. Warning was 3 years from Nimrod...Then the band was having problems and they took a break. 4 years and then 5 years later inspiration made AI and 21st century. Now don't get me wrong with the Triple album. Its a lot of material and solid material. Nevertheless the band should wait until they feel they want to release some more material. Not just push something out because of the crap that went down with billie's health problems. Oh and for the people wanting to release another rock opera. No. How about just release an album that's good. How many albums do you have to make that revolved around a rock opera. This isn't pink floyd or the who. Every album is different and has a set mood at the time of it being released. The men are going to be at a different place when the next album comes out. One thing is for sure. If the band is being honest, then the next album is going to be more like insomniac aka all the shit that lead up to billie's mental breakdown and the result afterwards. The album shouldn't resemble anything close to AI, 21st, uno,dos, tre. As a fan wouldn't you a band to move forward that continue to make the same album. I know I would.
