Unlike many people on here, I think the intro to extraordinary girl is very creative and a pleasure to listen to. For a long time, I couldn't listen to Geek Stink Breath because of that weird noise someone makes at the beginning. I like GSB so much that I just deal with it now, but it seriously sounds like a monster burp or something. People hate the intro to extraordinary girl? Wow

Wow Extraordinary Girl is not a Green Day song i listen to alot because it's not the standard Green Day sound i enjoy but i still think it's a really nice song and the intro is one of my favourite parts of American idiot, sounds like it was sampled right out of the middle east..

Nobody knows what Chuch on Sunday or Hold On is. And Mike said the bass on Fashion Victim is too hard to play live. I'm grateful we have 1 recording of that.

If he was unable to play the grooves, they would never exist. Therefore, Mike can play them live. Green Day just does not want to.
