RageLoveXX98 Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Is it just me or i find Little Boy Named Train one of the worst on the trilogy? Down point of the awesome Tre....
HErikson Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Is it just me or i find Little Boy Named Train one of the worst on the trilogy? Down point of the awesome Tre.... I like it alot actually, I would probably say that Wild One is the worst (according to me atleast)...
musso_kn Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Is it just me or i find Little Boy Named Train one of the worst on the trilogy? Down point of the awesome Tre.... Mmm...nah, I actually quite like it. The down point of Tre is Walk Away and maybe even The Forgotten.
Jax Teller Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 ^ Wild One,The Forgotten and Little Boy Named Train are some of my favorite.
J of Suburbia Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Is it just me or i find Little Boy Named Train one of the worst on the trilogy? Down point of the awesome Tre.... I don't think it's one of the worst but I always skip it and don't really care for that song
DannyDirnt Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Because you fell for chocolate biscuits? I'm not judging... No, because when I got ¡Uno! for the first time I was listening to it all the time and Fell For You was one of my favorites. I always listen to music while preparing for school, and seems like I played Fell For You while having breakfast way too many times
Eva Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Is it just me or i find Little Boy Named Train one of the worst on the trilogy? Down point of the awesome Tre.... I only listen to it when I listen to Tre all the way through. I can't stand it, for some reason. I find The Forgotten overrated. It's a nice song but it's not ~amazing~.
Cob Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 The Forgotten is hit or miss with me. It depends on what mood I'm in or how I'm listening to it (just on Tre, with the rest of the Trilogy, etc.) I can't find anything particularly wrong with it, but it rarely clicks with me. Drama Queen is a solid track, but I dislike where it's been placed on the album listing. It just seems like it doesn't belong. Little Boy Named Train, on the other hand, is a quality tune and one of my favorites on Tre.
Mar Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I don't know how Nuclear Family's that good either. I find it good, but not that much. Plus I'm starting to love ¡Uno! much more. Fell for You is so beautiful now that I don't associate it with chocolate biscuits anymore I fucking love Fell For You. I legit dance just like this in my chair in my room when listening to it, or in my head if I'm in public: And associating it with chocolate cookies (sorry, American here ) would only make me love it more. I'd say it should be a single, but I feel like it wouldn't do well on rock radio. It would do OK on Top 40 but Top 40 isn't playing this stuff.
Tubbie Head Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Hahah I also love Fell For You AND chocolate cookies!
@thelibrary Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Here's one: I honestly don't think that they've done a single song that I don't like, Warning and Kerplunk! were some of my favorite albums, and I find that most of their singles are never my favorite songs off of an album. (Am I in now? I posted! Does that make me a real member? Do I get a badge or do I have to go through some more hazing? Questions, questions...)
scottpilgrim10 Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I fucking love Fell For You. I legit dance just like this in my chair in my room when listening to it, or in my head if I'm in public: It used to be my Favorite song from Uno, For some reason I imagine Green Day playing the song on a three different rotating platforms like an old music video from the 60's or something that is very psychedelic. I just think that the song is really sweet, and great at describing young crushes. It was also the first song from Uno that was stuck in my head
Insomniac45 Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I would of rather seen See The Light be a single rather than 21 Guns. Also, East Jesus Nowhere should of been the lead single from 21st Century Breakdown. Not sure if that's an unpopular opinion, but shit, I really think it should of been.
stories and songs Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 The Forgotten is just so boring to me. Sometimes I'll be in the mood to listen to it, but it is very rare. I know a lot of people love it, but I think it is their worst ballad. I usually enjoy their slower songs but I find The Forgotten to be incredibly dull. It isn't a bad song and I understand why some love it, but it just doesn't get to me.
DookieLukie Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Yeah the Forgotten isn't nearly as epic as it was hyped up to be. Twilight might have ruined it for me. Not sure. I've tried narrowing down the Trilogy to my favorite songs, and at most I can cut it to 18 songs (and that;s leaving out some good ones). Lots of good material here, just not produced as raw as I would have liked. Throwaway songs: Nightlife Makeout Party LBNT The Forgotten Sex Drugs and Violence
Snows Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I find The Forgotten overrated. It's a nice song but it's not ~amazing~. I agree totally.
beejeezee Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I don't think I can say there is any song on the album that I honestly hate. There are a few that jump to my mind that I don't like as much as the others, but as soon as I go back and listen I realize how much I really enjoy the song.
DookieLukie Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I really dislike 99 Revolutions and Nuclear Family. 99 Revolutions is an amazing song.
Sarasaurus Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 99 Revolutions is an amazing song. I have to disagree. Anytime it comes up on my phone, I listen to a bit of it and get bored so end up skipping on.
musso_kn Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I really dislike 99 Revolutions and Nuclear Family. Those are two of my favourite songs from their respective albums AND from the trilogy as a whole
Sarasaurus Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Those are two of my favourite songs from their respective albums AND from the trilogy as a whole From the entire Trilogy, my favourite songs would have to be X-Kid, Let Yourself Go, Missing You, Stray Heart, Drama Queen and Brutal Love. According to my phone, the song I hate the most is Amanda.
Hermione Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I don't dislike Little Boy Named Train, but it's not one of my favourites. Just isn't very distinctive/memorable. I like the lyrics though. Here's one: I honestly don't think that they've done a single song that I don't like, Warning and Kerplunk! were some of my favorite albums, and I find that most of their singles are never my favorite songs off of an album. You don't get a badge but here's a dancing banana for you instead )

Uhm well, it's hard not to get tired of a song when everytime you listen to it your mouth tastes lke chocolate cookies. I just don't really mind chocolate cookies.
musso_kn Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I take back all my See The Light hate. This changed my mind: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2K5KVOxcpA&feature=player_embedded
