US rescheduled tour dates, Ticketmaster cancellation claims, and messages from venues

I just got a message from ticketmaster saying the Cumberland Civic Center one was canceled.

I'm guessing the band and the venue couldn't work out a new date. I'm so sorry for anyone who was going to that show.

I just looked at Ticketmaster website and searched Green Day. There are a few venues that once said date TBA and now it says cancelled?

I hope yours doesn't get canceled. I don't know whether I should wait for the dates and see what shows are available or order the new hampshire tickets now.

Guys, maybe it's possible that they're "cancelling" the concerts but will then re-book entirely and all will be well. Perhaps they have to register it as cancelled on Ticketmaster first, and then re-upload some such crap to reschedule the show. Maybe you'll have to re-purchase tickets and whatever.

I wouldn't lose all hope till it comes from the band. If they have to cancel more shows, they will put out a press release.

I looked at Wolstein Centers website (Cleveland, Ohio) and it said it was postponed until Spring 2013. So take it for what its worth!

I guess there's a possibility based on what we heard about the Wisconsin being in October and some of them being in the spring that certain cities have been swapped around with the second-leg of the U.S. tour... so maybe shows like Maine and NH will be moved to next fall, and I'd say it's even possible that new cities would be added to this tour that weren't originally included that they had planned to do much later on...

We got an email from Ticketmaster saying that our event is still on January 10th. But I will be SO FUCKING PISSED if the new dates really are postponed to 2014.
