Australian1diot Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 American Idiot era with this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAJdB4Yfcus
Green333Day Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 The first song I thought of was Good Riddance, just 'cause that's the song they always ends the concerts with..so it's sort of the signature of the show.. but yeah, Basket Case and American Idiot are pretty known too..
alienlifeform Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 to me it'll always be Basket case.. no matter how long since i was released.. it's like Blitzkrieg Bop for the Ramones
localinsomniac Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 Really think it depends on what era spawned the fan. I'm not quite old school (pre-major), but I think their signature track has to be the song that launched them into superstardom- Longview. Everyone - non-fans included - can recognize that bassline instantly. But for someone who jumped on the train later, like during the American Idiot days, it's could be something like the title track or Boulevard.
