nmycon Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 HDtracks, Warner has released American Idiot, 21st Century Breakdown, ¡Uno!, and ¡Dos! on there with improved mastering (less dynamic range compression) in studio quality (24Bit/96000Hz) which I only recommend if you have a good pair of headphones and a sound card that can process 24 bit sound, plus they are $18 an album so they pricey for digital. ¡Uno!: Top = Studio Master Bottom = CD/iTunes Master American Idiot: Top = CD/iTunes Master Bottom = Studio Master The tracks sold by HDTracks were the digital masters used for the vinyl releases of AI and 21CB, I'm assuming it's the same with Uno and Dos, as the LPs sound significantly better than the CDs. So if you have a turntable, you could get the LPs and get the improved dynamic range AND the physical media

Very sexy riff I agree solid song, but not enough was done to really make it stand out. Far from a bad song though, it still has its moments. Maybe I'm just used to the preview version...LOL
