RiseDay Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Thank you so much! Trust me, it means a lot to hear!! By the way, I dookiefied the shite out of the guitars on Dirty Rotten Bastards because so many people asked me to lol. I never thougt I would say that..but the guitars are too heavy :oo Great job though! But I think I just realesed how good the new guitar tune is (I just wanted to say that. No need to debate or some other shit ) I think you're making a really good job. I'm pumped for the GD Tour, 'cause the songs are usually harder live. Maybe they will sound like your versions
Mykee Mexx Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 I like your version of DRB. And to me, the harder guitar sound makes the song really kinda... sexy...

Glad you listen to it at least I like your version of DRB. And to me, the harder guitar sound makes the song really kinda... sexy... Yeah, I agree. I think this song benefited particularly well from this heavier sound.
Todd Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 While waiting for the next release I'd like to share my album with you guys (original music) recorded with my band Joint Aktion. Some of you might know the drummer Joak Bianco from the band Far As Hell. Feel free to download. If you don't like it then shut up about it because you'll brake my heart lol. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/23411105/joint-aktion-dumbstruck-2012-192kpbs.rar I love Far as Hell!!!!!
AlissaGoesRAWR Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 By the way, I dookiefied the shite out of the guitars on Dirty Rotten Bastards because so many people asked me to lol. Ooh, I REALLY like that! With some of the other guitar-only Dookified songs, I wasn't a huge fan (I think it was the damn tambourines distracting me, haha!) but this one works perfectly! Now I don't know if I'll be able to listen to the original the same way.

Thank's for listening Alissa
greendepent Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I love Far as Hell!!!!! You will love this too. I like more Joint Aktion anyway, probably for a matter of sound. Daniel, can you post your other albums too? I promise you that when I have a credit card, I'll buy you all the records. I'm not kidding!

Mykee Mexx Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I like it even more than Dumbstruck. *headbang*
Dookiefied Posted January 7, 2013 Author Posted January 7, 2013 Haha thank you guys, that's awesome. Changed my mind on the Dookiefied song I was currently working on and started work on another one so the next release will be a bit delayed but I think it will turn out really cool if I may say so myself
Pieces of Truth Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Converted both albums into my iTunes, gonna give it a listen tomorrow
Asa. Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Do you play all the Dookiefied songs in E flat tuning?
Guest Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Where's the download for your newest album? Literally back one page in the tread dude.
Todd Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Literally back one page in the tread dude. I am. I'm waiting for my mom to unpause the tv for me right now
failure00 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Surely Nuclear Family and Stay the Night are pretty Dookie-esque anyway? Apparently, you've never listened to Dookie.
November's Storms Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Apparently, you've never listened to Dookie. Dookie? Wasn't that the crappy album that band Green Day made cashing in on the success of Kerplunk?
Cob Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Apparently, you've never listened to Dookie. The same could be said to you, honestly.
failure00 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 The same could be said to you, honestly. Kid, I was listening to Dookie while you were still in diapers, maybe before you were even born. Stay the Night and Nuclear Family sound nothing like Dookie material. Maybe Nimrod, but definitely not Dookie. To be honest, they sound more like what could have been on a lost album after Warning and before American Idiot.
