21stcenturyidiot Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 People are saying See you Tonight is an odd opener, but it's not really an album opener....it follows on from Oh Love. So technically, the fist song is Nuclear Family and the last will be The Forgotten
Comic Sans Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 ^^Mike's back vocals are making every song even more awesome and special. Backing vocals on DOS are really amazing!!! I'm enjoying expecially the ones when in Ashley Billie says: "But times comes around, and I'm not so naive"
P-Mac Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Superb follow up to ¡Uno! in my opinion. Stop When the Red Lights Flash is my favourite track. Don't get all the hate towards Nightlife, the bassline is epic! Amy is a really nice track, good closing song.
GuitarPunk94 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 DOS is currently #14 of all albums on german amazon not that bad, hum? ^^
Ryder556 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 No the bollard guy posted he didnt like amy cause there was no bass or drums in it i was saying there is bass in it its not mixed loud but its there Oh ok. Yeah the bass is quite low on Amy.
Harry Potter. Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 People are saying See you Tonight is an odd opener, but it's not really an album opener....it follows on from Oh Love. So technically, the fist song is Nuclear Family and the last will be The Forgotten That is, if you think of the trilogy as one album. I think it's better to think like that. Uno! alone wouldn't be enough for me, but Dos! is such a different music style that it just accompanies Uno! and makes it seem better. If you know what I mean.
Stefano Bras Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I am the only one here that dont think Lazy Bones is a MASTERPIECE? I rather prefer any song of DOS (except See You Tonight and Lady Cobra) than Lazy Bones.
Lulu Flowers Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I promised myself I'd wait for November 13th to listen to DOS since I listened to UNO a week early...but it's right in front of me and it's so tempting!! I'll probably crack and end up listening to it -_-
thisusernameisnowinuse Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 People are saying See you Tonight is an odd opener, but it's not really an album opener....it follows on from Oh Love. So technically, the fist song is Nuclear Family and the last will be The Forgotten They're making three albums, not a triple album. Each one sounds a little different. I promised myself I'd wait for November 13th to listen to DOS since I listened to UNO a week early...but it's right in front of me and it's so tempting!! I'll probably crack and end up listening to it -_- Haha, I keep posting RIGHT after you. I don't know why.
ThisIsNotNora Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Ashley reminds me of the powerpuffgirls outro ._.
Sleeper Agent. Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Ashley sounds like the powerpuffgirls outro ._. Does that mean Tre is all about the powerpuff girls?
iRun Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Lazy Bones is probably one of the best GD songs.
ThisIsNotNora Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Does that mean Tre is all about the powerpuff girls?
Iminyourcoffeemaker Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 You can just hear how much fun they had making this record. I have just as much fun listening to it. What a fantastic record.
Idiotic Tendency... Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Does that mean Tre is all about the powerpuff girls? Tre? Ashley is on Dos
Sleeper Agent. Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Tre? Ashley is on Dos But Nora said it sounds like the powerpuff girls intro theme song and that would mean it would be Tre that is about the powerpuff girls
Jace Peterson Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I am the only one here that dont think Lazy Bones is a MASTERPIECE? I rather prefer any song of DOS (except See You Tonight and Lady Cobra) than Lazy Bones. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! I dont get it either!!!!!!
