Getting ready for the first listen, didn't wanna rush it cos I had to work for an hour. And now I am free. I am ready for my mind being blown away!

The whole album is awesome. Even 'Nightlife' took me by surprise.

This let me way more satisfied than Uno. Good record, and fresh.

Highlights:

- Lazy Bones, the guitar in the second verse fits too well

- Makeout Party: what a solo dude. An A to BJ's hands

- Ashley: The Network says "I'm still here"

- Wow that's loud: The final.

Something that I don't like

- SWTRLF: Catchy, that's not bad, but repetitive as hell. And I don't like the repetitive lyrics too much

- Baby Eyes: I don't get this song yet.

- Nightlife: I really enjoy the line bass, and the rap-ish thing, but the song is becoming worse and worse with the pass of the seconds. The idea seemed so good :C

- Stray Heart: This song is almost perfect, but lacks a good atmosphere. That kills this hit.

Anyway, I'm quite happy. Let's see how Tré beats this.

as some people might know, i critisized uno heavily and gave it 2/5 points and consider it one of their weakest albums.

my first impression on dos: this could be on of my favourite green day albums! (along with insomniac and 1039/smoothed out slappy hours). thank you green day for this.

for a band with the size of green day its a very courageous record and contains no skip tracks. even the weaker stop when the red lights flash is fun to listen to in the album context.
