Bam13 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 To get Fuck Time: Go to a gay bar Download Winrar open the Dos digital download and extract all files to desired location. This isn't about HOW to open the file - it just isn't there. I've extracted it three times. Its just not there.
Femme Gauche Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 I'm just hoping Tre is different.. Songs like Nuclear Family, Baby Eyes, Angel Blues, Sweet 16, Fell for You.. It's all the same, the style is TOO similar to one another. It's too much at once, I can't relate to one and one song like I could before. Now I only connect with what's different, like Nightlife and Amy. Not simple and fast songs. I usually have nothing against this kind of GD songs, but this is overkill, and Billie's lyrics drown in melodies that are plain and doesn't hook me like I thought it would. Huh, I don't think those songs really sound all that much alike. I mean, I get what you're saying about not hooking you, and not having one single song hit you like before... Uno didn't hook me at first, but now I like the individual songs quite a lot... For Dos, I am still processing my first listen, but none of the songs really sounded alike to me, and none really sounded like Uno, either. Half of them, if not for Billie's voice I would have done a double-take to make sure they are Green Day. They are good, though, and a few of them, I couldn't really place, genre-wise.. They're sort of... mashed up. But in a good way?
karma1215 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Yep no Fuck Time in my download either Worked for me... can I help?
Sarcasm Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Girl, really Sarcasm you didn't know that? For shame. First of, male, second of, huh? Has anyone gotten a reply from the customer service where they offer you a gay prostitute if you don't sue them?
karma1215 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Is the rest of the album there? Cause that is weird as shit. I just downloaded the entire album... using Winrar. Worked for me.
Brian Gag Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Me from "See You Tonight" to "Lady Cobra": Me during "Nightlife":
Bam13 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 What do you know, it is a glitch. You have to open it with something other than windows standard... And winRAR didn't work for me either... Weird. Took me three programs to get it. STRANGE.

Brian Gag Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 7-Zip is an open-source file archive manager. And it has the benefit of being free, so you don't get annoying WinZip / WinRar registration messages.

Sarcasm Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 thanks but how do i use this program once i dowdload it... ugh this is so difficult go to your downloads where you downloaded winrar too, not double click that to start the installation. After it's done, right click the folder you wanna unzip, click extract using winrar, or something of that nature, choose where you'll extract the files too and voilá. 7-Zip is an open-source file archive manager. And it has the benefit of being free, so you don't get annoying WinZip / WinRar registration messages. it also has a shitty interface. Me during "Nightlife": You'll find that to be quite a popular opinion these days.
karma1215 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 thanks but how do i use this program once i dowdload it... ugh this is so difficult Follow the props to download Winrar... once it downloaded to your computer it will automatically extract your download to MP3... just open the link and you should see that your download is ready for extraction. It should play on your I-tunes with no problems.

karma1215 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 you have automatized winrar? I've never heard of it. anyway, just google how to winrar, it's easy, can't be fucked up. It really is a great program... I've been using it for a long time so I think I have some expertise on how it works.
Femme Gauche Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 You'll find that to be quite a popular opinion these days. Not surprising really, I mean, I'm still warming up to the track myself. The sound? I like it. And I very much enjoy the Green Day/nonrap parts. But combined with the rap, it takes it to another place... Which is a perfectly OK place it is just so far from what I am used to when it comes to Green Day.

Other wise I would have loved the song. Makes me sad.

The Snark Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 I checked my email on a whim and the digital download was there! Off to bed for my first listen!
Sarcasm Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 It really is a great program... I've been using it for a long time so I think I have some expertise on how it works. I know what winrar is, I've used it for almost 10 years, but never for anything else than opening zips and extracting, I never went beyond that. Not surprising really, I mean, I'm still warming up to the track myself. The sound? I like it. And I very much enjoy the Green Day/nonrap parts. But combined with the rap, it takes it to another place... BabyPunkRock Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 I couldn't get Fuck Time with my regular file extractor program on my computer, so I just Googled "online file extractor" ad used this site and it worked! http://b1.org/online You don't have to resave all the songs to your computer, just the one(s) you need, plus it's the same quality as it would be from the digital album. Hope this helps everyone else out!
