Sarcasm Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 This time around I'm a proper fan. I've only listened to 99 revolutions (it was boring, imo ), and I have no expectations whatsoever to anything at all. I'm much more exited for Dos, as of now, since I've heard some of the songs on bbc1. I'm just "worried" that Dos will be fucking incredible and Tre be kind of a let down.
iRun Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I was expecting something today, I was kinda hoping a new dos song or something, not this. However Im still happy with this!
DannyDirnt Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Then you're gonna have hard time to avoid it. It's going to have a lot of radio play, because it's a Twilight-single. I barely listen to radio, there they play more shit in Spanish in radio and I'm not in a hurry to watch the movie, so I don't think so
sampy Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I barely listen to radio, there they play more shit in Spanish in radio and I'm not in a hurry to watch the movie, so I don't think so Me neither and I just don't care about the film, but when you think about Paramore's Decode for an example, it was everywhere. I heard it even if I didn't listen to radio. But I wish you good luck for avoiding it!
jona92 Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Only focusing on DOS right now, waaay too long to january....

Clayish Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Why was my post deleted... anyways, songs look amazing. Drama Queen shoulda been replaced tho. This time around I'm a proper fan. Sarcasm Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Why was my post deleted... anyways, songs look amazing. Drama Queen shoulda been replaced tho. Tre will not be a letdown. I didn't do it ._. I'm wondering, I don't want high expectations, it's just that what I've heard of Dos is so fucking awesome, and especially Nightlife, it's SO cool!
GuitarPunk94 Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 wow! tré is the album i spoiled the fewest of all three albums (tré only 2 songs ive heard so far)..amanda (live-show recording from the secret shows last year + one of my favorites of the whole trilogy!)..and 99 revolutions (i couldnt escape since GD played this song live in Germany this august ) im kinda proud of myself ^^
LazyPhil Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I haven't heard any of those songs except 99 Revolution but I'm sure it's gonna be epic!
GuitarPunk94 Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 X-Kid or Little Boy Named Train (which one of this two songs was the one about a close friend of billie who didnt rly want to grow up and died some years ago..sth like this i can remember..) Amanda (=she, haushinka, whatsername, etc. etc.?) Dirty Rotten Bastards ('JoS-like'?) am i correct?
Mandy_PunkRock Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Yeah! Tré tracklist! I like all the songs I have heard so far: 99 Revolutions, 8th Avenue Serenade, Drama Queen and Amanda. I'm sure it's going to be epic, as Billie said
localinsomniac Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 So pretty much what we expected, right? Even swap between Stray Heart and Drama Queen? Works for me.

Amanda (=she, haushinka, whatsername, etc. etc.?) Dirty Rotten Bastards ('JoS-like'?) am i correct? X-Kid is the one about their late friend. Little Boy Named Train has some sad origins too, I think. Can't remember the story though.
WhiteTim Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 So pretty much what we expected, right? Even swap between Stray Heart and Drama Queen? Works for me. Yep same tl as the pic just stray heart and drama queen switched

Hermione Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 It's so tantalizing seeing all those unheard songs. Hopefully I'll be able to keep it that way! Why was my post deleted... anyways, songs look amazing. Drama Queen shoulda been replaced tho. Tre will not be a letdown. I've just had a look in the bin and none of your posts are in there, I don't know what happened with the post you're talking about but no one deleted it. Guest Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 8th Avenue Serenade interests me, if only because the title is reminiscent of "Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out", one of my favorite Springsteen songs.
~ Walking Contradiction Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Can't wait to hear Little boy named Train and X-Kid...too bad they didn't include Dreamcatcher or Olivia!

Sabz Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 I remember there being talk about Walk Away being from C&V, i wonder if it is that song, would be interesting to hear why they put 2 "old" songs on the album if that was the case. I'm not complaining though

I'm not complaining though Well, any of the songs from the trilogy could've been from C&V. We only knew three official tracks
