Legal/contractual reasons. Same reason people who enter sweepstakes etc have to be over 18.

Can anyone explain what those mean?? does it mean i cant get an image of THIS band from the internet and edit it in photoshop or somethig?

If I'm interpreting the rules correctly - and I'm probably not - then all those entries would be disqualified in favor of an illustration/caricature/drawing of some other kind. The exception would be if the entrant can prove that the photo is their own property, and not just something they grabbed from a Google image search.

Interesting that the word "obscene" is in there twice. My first instinct would be to say yes, it would be disqualified unless the "fuck" was covered or removed.

I don't know -.- I'm not the only one who has used pictures and logos of green day ... If so, the majority of participants will be disqualified! They had to write the rules in a better way next time! *disapointed*

The only reason I wanted to enter/win this, was to get tickets for the Philly show. Turns out I'll move to Philly the 28th, which is about a week too late for the show. No way I'm going to ask my fam for a few days off to go to a Green Day show in another state. Oh well. IF I even win, I'll just explain the situation, and ask for tickets to a non-existing upcoming Green Day show. Aaaaand I'm off to work on my design again.
