I actually really want to hear the censored version of Fuck Time, just for the laugh

If it sounds as annoying as Kill the Dj please hide it from me. But i guess that, due to the lyrical content, the censored version will be enough for some laughs

A censored version of Fuck Time with different words would be hilarious . And even just bleeped out it would be very amusing. Looking forward to it!

I think Fuck Time is the first Green Day song with a swear in the title, come to think of it....

There's F.O.D. . But that's already censored on it's own :D

Sassafras Roots, Jackass, Working Class Hero

Sex? That's not a swear!

Sex is an adult theme though, and a sensitive topic around young children

How about no, "Oh baby baby it's ____ time" losses its meaning if it's bleeped

Not all everyone censors.

Yeah it'd only have to be censored on TV and radio before 9pm in the UK, and in some countries not at all. Plus if they got creative with the way it was censored it could work anyway. An amusing substitute word or sound effect (I believe Billie moaning has been suggested :eyebrows:) could work almost as well as the word itself, if it was made obvious that it's really supposed to say fuck it could be funny and cheeky. It worked for the massively successful "Fuck You"/"Forget You" by Cee-Lo and "I miss that pussy"/"I miss that lovin'" in that Lloyd song so I see no reason why it couldn't work for Fuck Time.

To me they should do it like in International Supervideos!, for example in Longview; on the part "...you're fucking breaking" it doesn't really sound "FUCKING", it has an effect like the word doesn't sound entirely clear, but you can still hear it. I prefer that before they change the song to not be censored :S

Or they could do an actual *bleep* really loud. That would make it so obvious what was really being said it'd be hilarious

I still maintain "Funk time" would sound fine and be extremely amusing.

Well, to be honest 9 year olds from now are most probably more experienced in sex than I am :/

But because it's a rock song xD

Wouldn't there be constant bleeping?

If they released Fuck Time as a single it would get panned so hard by critics.

And that would be funny :P and cooler than Duck Time, Funk Time, Fun Time, Sex Time, Bed Time, etc.

I can't begin to express my disappointment that there isn't a song called 'Ho As Hell.

Ah fuck... I was hoping Dos would be more fresh to me than Uno, of which I had heard almost every song before it came out. But now I realize there are only 4 songs on Dos I haven't heard, and I'm sure by the time Dos comes out I'll have heard more of them... I really don't want to listen to them, but I can't stop myself. It really does take away from my ability to enjoy the album properly for the first time when none of it feels new. As it stands, Tre is still a great mystery with the exception of one or two songs, and I really hope it stays that way... but it's not like I'll be able to resist listening to The Forgotten, and so on and so forth. Argh.

Previously, I'd hold out on listening to certain things before the album comes out, but this time around I've taken a 'fuck it' approach. Listening to everything that we find, and loving it.

I've pretty much only listened to official tracks. I've probably heard each of the songs as it was played live, but usually only once, so I don't really remember them all at all. So when the albums come out I'm still pleasantly surprised.

I have stopped listening to the leaked recordings of live secret shows and am just going to listen to official releases from now on. I figure that'll give me a good mix of familiarity and surprise
