That was a misquote, apparently it's the song "See You Tonight" that's supposed to sound like "a lost simon and garfunkel recording". You can hear a very brief 2 second or so snippet of it in the intro to the Japanese tour promo. I read somewhere that "Wow, That's Loud" is more garage-psych and the live recording of it certainly sounds trippy!

isn't this wow thats loud? the chorus is "wow that new dress, its so loud" ...or something to that effect

Honestly, i think i'm most excited for Tre because that's supposed to be the "epic" one with string arrangements and shit like that. As much as i love pop punk music (which Uno is serving me well on) i can not wait to be amazed by these songs. I am always impressed with the non-rock-y stuff they do (Restless Heart Syndrome, Last Night on Earth, Give me Novocaine, etc...)

Though i am mad excited for a legit version of Fuck Time, because i've been playing that before all my gigs to get pumped up!!! I think i'll make it my ringtone on my phone as well.

(oh, if only i still had call back tones, i would use it there too. Take that, bill collectors!)

that's definitely a cool ritual

I'm excited for Tre mostly because of the whole mystery of the album (we've only heard 3 full songs, most live). However, the songs we've heard so far that are on Dos! have got me really pumped for it. Plus, as soon as it was announced as a "nuggetsy garage rock album", that's when I got the most hyped for it. Also, I remember reading a review of the August show where they played Ashley and it was described as having a really great riff, or something to that effect. Baby Eyes, on the other hand, is a total mystery.

4 really, 8th Ave, Stray Heart, Amanda, and 99 Revs. and a really crappy version of Little Boy Named Train and a clip of Sex, Drugs & Violence. But yes, Tre is looking to be the best

He just said in a way it's like the second Foxboro Hot Tubs album. I just can't wait to hear It's Fuck Time :)

I covered Lazy Bones!

You have a VERY Tom Delong like quality to your voice...which I would usually despise since I hate him as a vocalist (and musician in general). Lol. But it's obvious that you have a really good voice in there. If you ever wanted to get away from that pop-punk style, you could probably wreck some classical numbers...in a good way. Btw, I'm a classically trained vocalist, so I'm not just pulling any of this out of my ass. Ha. Well done, sir!

Good Cover...

Sounds so nice :)

i am soo pumped for this album

This keeps confusing me, cos every single news story we get seems to disagree as to whether there are 36 or 37 songs in the trilogy....

Maybe because people thought last gang in town and rusty james were different songs!

Haha. I get the Tom Delonge thing a lot. And I'm fine with that because I love his voice! Thanks for all the compliments! I appreciate them :)

Not sure what point you're trying to prove here.

And, what's an "alumb"?
