karma1215 Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 For me Wild One is the most anticipated song on the album and Fuck Time is kind of old to me just because I heard it already in previous shows...still I'm looking forward to the album when its released.
Neon Light Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 It's hard to see how this record could possibly fail to please the majority of fans. It's being built up as Foxboro 2, and you're nearly as likely to find a fan who doesn't like the Hot Tubs as you are to find one who doesn't like Dookie. I've heard Fuck Time, Lady Cobra, Nightlife, bits of Wild One and Makeout Party, and live versions of Amy and Drama Queen. So I guess it will not be as new to me as I was hoping. Still, I'm determined not to listen to anymore of Tré other than 99 Revolutions, Stray Heart and 8th Avenue Serenade.
Justin Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 After seeing Lady Cobra live im stoked to hear a proper version. Also from what i heard of Makeout Party i really liked. The Nightlife track that will divide us all probably, from what i heard on the radio 1 thing, i thought was awesome. So i think Dos will be a winner
21stcenturyidiot Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I've only heard the snippets of Fuck Time, Nightlife and Lady Cobra, and I'm NOT going to listen to the rest until it's released!
WhiteTim Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 That image has made more rounds on this forum than the woman who stands on the corner downtown. But that is the tracklist
Tubbie Head Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Is there really a song called "Wow! That Is Loud"? That's so awesome the best song tittle ever! I'm so curious to hear that oneOh my gosh, I just realised there are only 5 songs from DOS I haven't heard before (previews or live versions) I hope none of them will be singles! XD I still want something new to hear when I buy the cd!

insomniax Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 the best song tittle ever! I'm so curious to hear that one It is ! It would have been fun if they had put it behind "it's fuck time".. or maybe I just have a terrible sense of humor.
1039SweetChildren Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 It's interesting that Lazy Bones and Wild One are back-to-back since they seem to be similar with the "heavy" slower vibe.
Guest Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 I don't know if anyone has mentioned this because I just skimmed through this post, but notice this: All the starred songs turned into singles/videos.
BradGreenDay Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 Only just noticed that is only like 1 & a half month till the release of DOS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kill_the_Kia Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 does anyone know if also dos will be released in deluxe version with the tshirt?
BradGreenDay Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 does anyone know if also dos will be released in deluxe version with the tshirt? They might release a DOS deluxe version with the Tshirt but it might be another style Tshirt...
Firecracker Lell Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 The title " Wow that's loud! " makes me freaking excited!!
Kill_the_Kia Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 They might release a DOS deluxe version with the Tshirt but it might be another style Tshirt... thanks for the reply ^ ^ I hope so!
GuitarPunk94 Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 The title " Wow that's loud! " makes me freaking excited!! i remember an interview/review and if i remember right "Wow! That's Loud" is supposed to sound like "Mrs. Robinson" from Simon & Garfunkel (all in all a beatle-ish sound) ^^ would be awesome though
localinsomniac Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 i remember an interview/review and if i remember right "Wow! That's Loud" is supposed to sound like "Mrs. Robinson" from the beatles ^^ would be awesome though Isn't that a Simon & Garfunkel song?
Asa. Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 i remember an interview/review and if i remember right "Wow! That's Loud" is supposed to sound like "Mrs. Robinson" from the beatles ^^ would be awesome though That song is by Simon and Garfunkel, and listening to the live version, I don't see the resemblance, but it is a great song!
Anja Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 i remember an interview/review and if i remember right "Wow! That's Loud" is supposed to sound like "Mrs. Robinson" from Simon & Garfunkel (all in all a beatle-ish sound) ^^ would be awesome though If that is true, I will have a new favorite song! Although you can barely beat a songwriting classic like this one, even if your name is Billie Joe.
Todd Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 Wow! That's Loud has been around since last october. It's really good
perfectpitchrob Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 i remember an interview/review and if i remember right "Wow! That's Loud" is supposed to sound like "Mrs. Robinson" from Simon & Garfunkel (all in all a beatle-ish sound) ^^ would be awesome though That was a misquote, apparently it's the song "See You Tonight" that's supposed to sound like "a lost simon and garfunkel recording". You can hear a very brief 2 second or so snippet of it in the intro to the Japanese tour promo. I read somewhere that "Wow, That's Loud" is more garage-psych and the live recording of it certainly sounds trippy!
WrongWayToSalvation Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 I hope they'll play Ashley or Baby Eyes soon, or give us a preview of either of those 2 since none of the articles have mentioned them and we have no live recordings. Hope that doesn't mean they're duds or throwaway tracks or something.
KilltheDJ23 Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 anyone know the legitimacy of this so called " DOS leak"
