So it looks like Billie was under substance abuse when performing at the iHeartRadio festival.

Yeah, no shit I don't think anyone here thought he was sober.

Why don't we have any quotes? At the very least, this is some shoddy work.....and if the announcement really did come from the band's rep, I am wondering if it wasn't just PR dudes making PR promises to stem the backlash....except that there hasn't really been any. Most people seem to be applauding what Billie did.

And cancelled appearances? Which ones? When? They were supposed to have several this week....would be nice to have little advance notice.
