I think it was only released on the Friends soundtrack in 1999, but I could be wrong.

This is correct.

And in the show it was played at a party.

When When Its Time came out, was everyone surprised? Just a random song debut on an album that it didn't belong on?

I noticed that during the Dookie Era, Tré wore very often a shirt where it was written Tilt. What is Tilt ?

Just read this: Billie also made a guitar he calls "Frankenstein" because it is a combination of several different parts purchased at a Fender shop.

any pictures? I only find pictures of Blue (or is it a replica?)

Did Billie Joe hate his fans/concertgoers early on? Early in the band's career, they had a concert on MTV (the Jaded performace) and before they started playing, he calls them all "stupid a**holes." What was that about?

He used to be meaner to the crowd than nowadays. Unless he really said somewehre (like... in an interview) that he hates all his fans I doubt he did :P

Please don't ask non-Green Day questions here in future. But if you ever wanna know if a site's down you should check this site, it's pretty good:

http://downrightnow.com/

It says youtube's been having problems so it wasn't just you. It's working for me now though.

Is that the one where Jason sings Rock the Casbah or a different one?

Different one. This show, no cameras/phone allowed. :-( This would have been an awesome bootleg

Where do you guys think they got the name for Rusty James, I personally like The Last Gang In Town as a title better, the only thing I can think of is they listened to the line "pocket knives and rusty chains" and had an inside joke saying rusty james, my band does dumb shit like that with our lyrics so that's how I got that idea I guess.

Cause Rusty James is a character from one of Billie's favorite books about a gang.

It's called Rusty James because it's a reference to a book which has a character with that name. :) And well, what the post above this one says.

In what year/s were D.U.I. & Ha Ha You're Dead recorded? (Was it around Shenanigans?)

Wikipedia says (about Shenanigans): "The album contains b-sides, rarities, covers, and a previously unreleased track, "Ha Ha You're Dead", which was recorded in the late 90s but never released[citation needed]."

It is listed as needing a citation still, though.

On Wikipedia's Tre page, it says "He also sang and composed the track "DUI" ("Driving Under the Influence"), which was recorded for Green Day's fifth studio album Nimrod (1997) and was due to be released on the compilation album Shenanigans in 2002, but was omitted and can only be found online."

Being that it is from Wikipedia, take it as you will. Not everything there is believable.
