Spike Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 That poor guitar at 0:11! Don't worry, it's only a Les Paul Junior
Certified Nimrod Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Don't worry, it's only a Les Paul Junior I have a Les Paul Junior and I love it.
Spike Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 I have a Les Paul Junior and I love it. I had one for a few years too. They are actually pretty nice if you can find a good one, but they're very inconsistent. It was never really a patch on my 1996 MIK Squier Tele, and as soon as I got my Fender it was totally useless to me.
Jon Benjamin Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 I have a Les Paul Junior and I love it.They're bad as fuck for your back if you're playing it live. That's what made Tom Delonge have all the back surgeries and pills that created Angels & Airwaves
Certified Nimrod Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 They are actually pretty nice if you can find a good one, but they're very inconsistent. It's actually an Epiphone Les Paul Junior that I have. My parents bought it used and I only had one problem with it (and it was an easy fix). They're bad as fuck for your back if you're playing it live. What's bad about them? Are they too heavy or something?

Standard Les Pauls are crazy heavy, not sure what's bad about a Junior in those terms.

Certified Nimrod Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Mine was an Epiphone too. What was the problem with yours? I think that spot where the cable plugs in was loose.
Spike Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 I think that spot where the cable plugs in was loose. Ah ok, common enough problem and an easy fix. The trouble with mine was that the machine heads worked loose really quickly and it just would not stay in tune at all, no matter what I did. I still wish I'd sold it for more than £60 though
Certified Nimrod Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 The trouble with mine was that the machine heads worked loose really quickly and it just would not stay in tune at all, no matter what I did. Oh, that sucks.
ThranaM Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Don't worry, it's only a Les Paul Junior DOn't you ever say that again. Les Paul Junior is the fucking bomb

Todd Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Every time you mini-mod, God kills an orphan. Good. Less homeless orphans for me to give two shits about

Certified Nimrod Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Guys, enough spam, jfc. It isn't spam. It branched off from someone's question. Yeah it's a lot to have around your neck compared to most guitars Uh oh. I play mine for at least 45 minutes every day.
walking_c0ntradicti0n Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 I'm pretty sure the answer's no, but I'll ask anyway. I saw Green Day on recovery tv and wanted to know if they did anything else like that?

What, do an interview? If we're talking about last minute decisions, Green Day was gonna play Poprocks & Coke on Leno in 2001, but changed their mind right before they went on. That's the best I got.
Todd Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Is Tre good at guitar? And is Billie good at drums?
Certified Nimrod Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Is Tre good at guitar? And is Billie good at drums? That's a matter of opinion.
Todd Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 That's a matter of opinion. Well, yeah I've seen those. But I don't know shit about guitar or drums, so I can't judge. Let's get Zack in here to tell us
Certified Nimrod Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Who sings the intro of Letterbomb?
Spike Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Who sings the intro of Letterbomb? Kathleen Hanna, the singer from Bikini Kill. I get the impression Billie is a far better drummer than Tre is a guitarist.
