I found this a while ago and, having studied its claims, it seems to be accurate. It's not an exact science though, range tends to change with age.

The rules are "NO major label bands" so they're still banned. It was just because nothing was publicized and they just kinda did it so the staff didn't care too much.

So Pinhead and The Frustrators can play there cause they're not major label? I wonder if the Foxboro's would be allowed to play there lol. I guess another question would be did they play Dookie songs there before it was released?
