Yeah I'm sure they're from Billie. That American Idiot poems really cool, it sorta ties together some of the themes in the album. I'd imagine it taking place between Letterbomb and Wake Me Up or after Whatsername. I'd kill to see all that stuff the band must have hidden away.

The burned up photo brings up many mysteries too, I wonder who she is.

It's the Uno lyrics book from the trilogy box set. It has pages like that all throughout it with random stuff written on it. Really cool. There weren't any phrases like that on the Tre book pages though because of obvious reasons, with the rushed release date change and all that. Disappointing.

I have a suspicion that it's about "In China With Green Day", Aaron Cometbus' account of travelling with the band on the 21st CB tour that came out a couple of years ago, which contained both positive and negative observations of the band members. It's mostly positive and he's their friend, but I'm pretty sure there's some stuff in there that wouldn't have pleased Billie, along with a lot of talk about punk and whether Green Day are punk and how they've changed etc (a subject Rusty James relates to). And apparently when someone asked Billie to sign it outside the American Idiot musical while he was happily signing a ton of other stuff he said no and seemed annoyed. Totally just a guess from me, but I can't think what else it could be about.

I think he used the excuse that it was because he didn't write it, like he signed something else that the person had but just said no to that. I know he wasn't nasty to the person and didn't leave them without anything signed in any case, he was just cold towards the book. This was a few weeks after it came out, so he was probably at his peak of annoyance at that time haha.

Well, at least Billie was nice enough to sign something else. Not really surprised at his reaction to be honest. He really does seem to have a love/hate relationship with Aaron. Pretty sure the book didn't help the love part.
