green day is Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 Can someone tell me approximately, how much guitars billie has? He collects certain models, so a hell of a lot. It's impossible for us to say.

Katarina. Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 I loved that game so fucking much and it would have blown my mind if I ever beat it and got Billie Joe Armstrong in it when I was a kid.It was so cool to have Billie in the game while listening to Holiday or Teenagers From Mars. Although my brother used to pick Billie Joe on purpose to make him fall all the time. I hated that
Certified Nimrod Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 Why does Billie do the "hey ho" thing in the studio version of Stay the Night? There's no crowd to sing it back. xD
belinda jane Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 Why does Billie do the "hey ho" thing in the studio version of Stay the Night? There's no crowd to sing it back. xD it's probably a habit now, haha. maybe he has tourettes with the "hey ho's".
Hermione Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Why does Billie do the "hey ho" thing in the studio version of Stay the Night? There's no crowd to sing it back. xD Probably realized after all the years he's done it live it was about time he did it on a record so that we can hey oh at home too
Punkfreak1414 Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Why does it seem like some people don't agree with Jason being the fourth member? I know we all have our opinions so to the people that don't like him in the band why? Personally I think he's a great addition to the band.
Cath Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Why does it seem like some people don't agree with Jason being the fourth member? I know we all have our opinions so to the people that don't like him in the band why? Personally I think he's a great addition to the band. because they used to be only 3 from the beginning and people see GD more like a trio. personnaly i don't have any problem with Jason in it, he looks cool and he's talented.
fatherotti Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Has anything Pre-AI made it to FLAC yet? I'd love to have a high quality Nimrod.
Punkfreak1414 Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Does anyone wonder if mike and tre some times just agree with what billie says even though they have no clue what he is saying in his lyrics? Or if billie tells them what to play 90% of the time?
Iva Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 There's a sentence you don't hear every day. Well, today you'll hear it twice. I never found it either.
Todd Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Has anything Pre-AI made it to FLAC yet? I'd love to have a high quality Nimrod. Can't you just rip the cd to flac?
WhiteTim Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Can't you just rip the cd to flac? Thats what I was thinking
Certified Nimrod Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Does anybody know where and when the Burnout on this version of 21st CB was recorded? http://www.amazon.com/Century-Breakdown-Amazon-Exclusive-Explicit/dp/B00299EKQK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1372460723&sr=8-2&keywords=21st+century+breakdown It's kind of weird. Like, once the song's over, somebody with a megaphone or something shouts out "GUITAR SOLO" and then Billie plays a bit more. Something makes me think it was in Japan.
Punkfreak1414 Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 How come green day hasn't played songs like lazy bones, kill the Dj and basically the fan favorites of the trilogy love yet? I understand its up to them but I figured by now we would hear one of them besides the same ones from the trilogy every night lol

I understand its up to them but I figured by now we would hear one of them besides the same ones from the trilogy every night lol i guess they don't play Lazy Bones maybe because it's still to personnal to Billie and Kill the DJ because it sucks. (sorry haha don't be mad) but seriously nobody knows. maybe they want to keep some suprises for the rest of the tour like they did when they added Stray Heart, Nuclear Family & Missing You (those weren't playing in the first leg). hope they gonna add DRB soon though.

I understand its up to them but I figured by now we would hear one of them besides the same ones from the trilogy every night lol Because there's 36 songs and they aren't going to play them all in the first few shows. They've played X-Kid and Brutal Love which are definitely fan favorites and they also played Kill the DJ at the Echoplex (better than the studio version, too).

Don't buy it. It's the same version from Foot in Mouth and Live Tracks. I bought it just to see where it was from, only to find out I already owned it twice

I bought it just to see where it was from, only to find out I already owned it twice I actually bought it a while ago. I don't have either of those albums anyway, so no loss for me. What was up with the "GUITAR SOLO" thing, though?

Idk, they do shit like that after tons of songs, even these days, actually, they still do it before or after Burnout
Certified Nimrod Posted June 29, 2013 Posted June 29, 2013 Idk, they do shit like that after tons of songs, even these days, actually, they still do it before or after Burnout Oh, really? That was the only time I've heard it xD
Punkfreak1414 Posted June 29, 2013 Posted June 29, 2013 Why do a lot of people not care for 21st century breakdown that much? I admit I har mixed feelings for it but its not a bad album. For the people that kinda don't like it or just hate it why do you? What is it that isn't liked? And what do people mean by its over produced?

I don't like it because there are a lot of the emo/goth stereotype people associated with it, I don't want to be clumped with those guys. I don't think it was overproduced, it's got a perfect feel. It's the trilogy that was overproduced, if anything. 21CB is supposed to sound grand and kinda Queen-ish
