I mean, Why say it's gonna get released on the 24th and then release it a week early, which after all, is when the band wanted people to hear it. The 24th isn't when the band wanted us to hear it it's when the label wanted us to.

Why NOT? haha It's just the anticipation of waiting paying off. It's going out to the store and actually buying the album so it's yours and then listening to it on your terms and making a connection with the music. It's flipping the pages of the lyric sheet to go through the album. It's an experience that I'm not sure can be replicated by listening to it on a leak on the internet. I completely understand everybody who wants to listen to it the second they can, but I'm gonna wait.

I don't think that someone will wait in the 20min-office until midnight to enable the stream. It rather gets opened at 8/9/10/11 am

It only says the stream's on the 18th, which isn't on Thursday. That's Tuesday Nothing we didn't know already because it's the same article. Obviously people from the US could listen to it earlier because of the time zones. i really guess it will happen today You will be right one day if you keep repeating yourself

Well, almost: I ordered the box set so I won't have to buy it in a store. Here in Germany it's released on Friday anyway. I think I can wait for that Also, I understand people who say that they'd like to listen to it early.. it's their decision. Imo it's stupid to say ''Oh, don't lie to me, you'll listen to it anyway. Everybody will.'' and on the other hand it also sounds stupid to say ''Why do you listen to the stream? It is supposed to get released some days later and not through that stream!! *angry face*'' Some people think that they'd like to take a listen to the stream and the others like the waiting game until they can hold the booklet in their hands etc. Don't blame people for what they think is right for themselves…

They say you have to go to www.greenday.20min.ch for the stream. It doesn't work now obviously, it takes you back to the same article.
