Beathe. Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Ohh I wish Kaiser Chiefs were opening for them the rest of the tour!! (well we don't know it yet!) They're the opening act for them in Norway.
Pieces of Truth Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Some love for Germany? No? I can't wait - It's been like 2 or 3 months that I've seen them and I'm already impatient as fuck. Damn.
pucky Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Fuck...I REALLY hope it is not their only show in Spain...it's too far from Madrid, and far too expensive considering I just want to see GD...
GuitarPunk94 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Some love for Germany? No? I can't wait - It's been like 2 or 3 months that I've seen them and I'm already impatient as fuck. I could have attended 2 dates on the 21CB Tour if I would've been allowed to go - But nope . So, so hope they'll play in Cologne and Dortmund again Dortmund's like a 15 minutes train ride away - that's perfect.
Rusty Blue Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 ahh, I hope Israel is considered as Europe because they really need to come here. I guess if they don't come I will go with my best friend to their concert in Europe sometime
Lindsay Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Isn't Rock am Ring beginning of June? Hate to burst everyone's bubble but I'm more than positive that's when they'll be doing more UK/Ireland dates since they're in London the 1st and that's suppose to be the first show of the UK tour... timing just doesn't seem right for them to be doing Rock am Ring. I could be wrong though, haha.

July21 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 i hope ur wrong.. i see no problem in taking a flight to germany to headline this ^^ same here. and they will! i'd prefer them playing the southside & hurricane festival but as this isn't possible anymore (due to the two russian dates), they NEED to play rock am ring & rock im park. and the reference to green day some month ago was too obvious, i don't have any doubts about that

No Rhyme Or Reason Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I'm excited for the concert in Bilbao, Spain!! I graduate on July 15th in Valencia, and this is just 2 days before that! It's like a graduation gift to me! Too bad it's on the other side of the country, but I think I should go anyway. Unless maybe they do a concert somewhere else, like Madrid or something. That might be easier for me. Either way it's exciting! Green Day in Spain! Then I go back home to America and hopefully see them on a US tour.
WestboundSign! Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I really hope this new announcement means that the European Tour won't be postponed.
Anja Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 If I remember right they had a live stream of this year's Bilbao Festival. So I hope there's gonna be one for GD's performance next year I would totally consider going since I missed out on a trip to Bilbao this year but we'll see what else is in the bag...
Mary711 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Hmm. I can't really get excited about it with everything being so unclear at the moment.
Tubbie Head Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 They're the opening act for them in Norway. That's awesome, now I need to wait for a date here I really hope this new announcement means that the European Tour won't be postponed. Well, I think that's a possibility, they shouldn't at least announce more tour dates just now. Specially if they are festivals, which I think is a little bit harder to get the money back if they cancel the show (or maybe impossible? 'cause in theory you buy tickets to see more than one band)
P-Mac Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I want UK tour dates now! However, I'm just gonna wait and see how everything plays out at the moment. Surprised Emirates hasn't been postponed to be honest give the current situation.
Yaz. Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I really hope this new announcement means that the European Tour won't be postponed. This. It's quite promising *fingers crossed* Also if they do play Rock am Ring, really hope it's on the 9th or something like that, because I want those UK dates. ):
thisusernameisnowinuse Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Wow, there are so many of these shows I COULD go to if I were going to London a little earlier! It burns me up so much. I missed the Seattle show... One can only hope they'll come to Vancouver at some point.
WalkingContradictionPL Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I must agree with all Germans. What with the German dates? I'm saving money to go to more then one concert in case they will play in Poland!
Sarcasm Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 shut up, germany got a bunch of show way earlier than anyone else in europe this summer.
Pieces of Truth Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 shut up, germany got a bunch of show way earlier than anyone else in europe this summer. ... ok. The setlist was way too short for an independent show, though. mmmkay, now I'm quiet.
Sarcasm Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 ... ok. The setlist was way too short for an independent show, though. mmmkay, now I'm quiet. I'm just saying, Norway and the other Scandinavians haven't gotten shows since '10 or 09, can't remember.
San Miguel Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 This. It's quite promising *fingers crossed* Also if they do play Rock am Ring, really hope it's on the 9th or something like that, because I want those UK dates. ): I'm not sure a festival announcement is that promising, given it's not the band announcing anything but a festival organiser instead. I guess they must need an ok from someone representing the band to release the news though. I think it's safe to say we will be uncertain about what is going to happen until the band are back in business / able to play some shows again - i'm really hoping that happens in early 2013. It goes without saying though that Billie's health is paramount.
