LittleBoyNamedTrain Posted October 12, 2012 Posted October 12, 2012 I think the European tour will be happening after the Australia Tour because The australia tour is early 2013 Febuary/March and that is straight after the US tour Well, considering we already have several European dates announced for June onwards, yes.
WestboundSign! Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 We're in a weird period at the moment with the Billie situation but once that's resolved there will be lots of European dates i'm sure. It may be a long wait, it may not. I totally agree with that. We can't change it, we have to wait and see. And I'm sure there'll be lots of European dates announced sooner or later, when the time has come.
~ Walking Contradiction Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Just read this on Download festival forum: Just had an email from The Ticket Factory which advertises Emirates show as 'Only UK Show' I don't know if it's true, it doesn't say anything on the site but I subscribed to their newsletter to see if they actually said so...
JellyTime Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Another rumor about only one UK show, it doesn't look good. I'm really scared, that it may be true.

The Ticket Factory are probably only saying that because they've only announced the one UK show for now but it is still highly likely (I think) that there is a whole UK tour to be announced as why would they only do the one date when they know that if more shows, like arena gigs, we're to be announced, they'd most likely sell the place out. However, what do I know? There's all the chance they'll only do the one concert next year and leave the rest of the UK for another time
GuitarPunk94 Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Another rumor about only one UK show, it doesn't look good. I'm really scared, that it may be true. atleast you got one show to go to..what about germany? :'(
Nemo. Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 I think there will be an announcement when billie is better and they know that they can do the North American tour as planned. when they postpone the American tour so the European Tour has to be planned later. so we have to be patient.
Martyn Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Just read this on Download festival forum: Just had an email from The Ticket Factory which advertises Emirates show as 'Only UK Show' I don't know if it's true, it doesn't say anything on the site but I subscribed to their newsletter to see if they actually said so... think it says or SHOULD say "Only UK Stadium Show" or its just a quick grab for people to get tickets to it i misread an email and at first thought thought it said "FIRST UK SHOW SINCE 2010" when later i checked and it actually said "FIRST UK STADIUM SHOW SINCE 2010" big difference i'd take nothing from that.
KyleTheManwhore Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Fuck the American tour, why should we have to suffer?!
Jamie Peters Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Stereoboard.com @stereoboard Green Day will be supported on their London Emirates Stadium show on June 1st by Kaiser Chiefs and All Time Low. #greenday
~ Walking Contradiction Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 I wonder if this means that the full tour announcement is not far away...
Pieces of Truth Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Stereoboard.com @stereoboard Green Day will be supported on their London Emirates Stadium show on June 1st by Kaiser Chiefs and All Time Low. #greenday All Time Low? Again?!
w00t932 Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Kaiser Chiefs and ATL are excellent choices, they both know how to pump up a crowd. All time low's new album is brilliant too.
EmmaCharlatan&Saints Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 atleast you got one show to go to..what about germany? :'( Yes at least youll get one show but what about the places that wont get any shows at all or only get one show regardless. I always see Uk fans bitching. Why?? You guys get at least four shows around the country on a proper tour all other smaller countries get max one. Seriously stop complaining
mies Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Stereoboard.com @stereoboard Green Day will be supported on their London Emirates Stadium show on June 1st by Kaiser Chiefs and All Time Low. #greenday I love the Kaiser Chiefs They are really good live
Hermione Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Yes at least youll get one show but what about the places that wont get any shows at all or only get one show regardless. I always see Uk fans bitching. Why?? You guys get at least four shows around the country on a proper tour all other smaller countries get max one. Seriously stop complaining Aside from a couple of posts I can't see much bitching here, speculating and hoping that there'll be more shows isn't complaining and that's all that most people are doing. As you've said it would be very unusual for Green Day to play only one show in the UK so of course people are wondering if and when more dates will be announced. Btw did you see the big smiley face in the post you replied to indicating that it was a lighthearted comment? Never mind stop complaining, stop taking things so seriously.
Pieces of Truth Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Kaiser Chiefs and ATL are excellent choices, they both know how to pump up a crowd. All time low's new album is brilliant too. Unless you make the fault and let Angels & Airwaves play after them. Green Day may or may not know that feel.
WestboundSign! Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Unless you make the fault and let Angels & Airwaves play after them. Green Day may or may not know that feel. Well, considering that Mike was watching the crowd during Angels & Airwaves in Mönchengladbach, I guess at least he does
Seanz25 Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Personally like the Kaiser Cheifs and am gonna re-consider going to this as price seems better that your seeing them too. All Time Low though really? Not a fan and certainly not a GD show. If they where going after that type of band get the Lostphrophets or someone with talent please!
teresa1988 Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Stereoboard.com @stereoboard Green Day will be supported on their London Emirates Stadium show on June 1st by Kaiser Chiefs and All Time Low. #greenday Sounds good! I like Kaiser Chiefs, can't say much about All Time Low though.
Tubbie Head Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Ohh I wish Kaiser Chiefs were opening for them the rest of the tour!! (well we don't know it yet!) I wish I could go to London... I've been really desperate to go there, and this is making it even worst! June is too soon for me XD
.Holly Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Kaiser Chiefs will be good! Still not bought tickets yet though, waiting for the tour announcement when it eventually comes!
Nemo. Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 I really really want a FULL TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! because "die toten hosen" annoucnced their second tour and they're coming to a city which is really near to me :/ and i wanna know if there are any gd shows in germany at this time
Pieces of Truth Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Well, considering that Mike was watching the crowd during Angels & Airwaves in Mönchengladbach, I guess at least he does I hope he told Tre and Billie how boring and bad their performance was
