Alan86 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Hope I can get a ticket. If I can I have no problem flying to London for this. Its only an hour flight
daria02 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Think tickets are £45 and under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. The usual.General sale tomorrow at noon.
M0rre7 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Amazing! Hope Idiot Club has a decent amount of pre sale tickets!
tamsin Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 You can join now and do the presale tomorrow . That's what I've just done Thank you! I've joined I just hope it's all worth it tomorrow now.. This would be my first ever GD show
Hey Dave Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 I'm going to Leeds Fest but I'm going to try and get a ticket anyway since the train from Leeds on Thursday and to Leeds on Friday is only £57. It'd be so worth missing one night of Leeds for this! The only problem I'll have is letting my girlfriend know that I'm leaving her for a night to go and see Green Day haha.
.Holly Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 GD.com says tickets go general sale at 12pm on tuesday
farley drexel hatcher Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Think tickets are £45 and under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. The usual. General sale tomorrow at noon. Ouch £45? For a tiny show? Doesn't leave much hope for the arena ones
Harriet Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Think tickets are £45 and under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. The usual. General sale tomorrow at noon. £45 are you kidding? I thought the secret shows were meant to be cheaper than the regular shows.
solongfromthestars Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 £45 does seem a lot, that's £90 for both of us! Worth it though!

This is what I intend to do! Send your girlfriend round to my best mate and they can keep each other company! Fuck, £49.50, guess I won't be buying two so I can help out someone else :/ If I manage to get one of those tickets and my mate guilt trips me out of going I will not be pleased.
Hermione Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Fuck that's expensive, same as it was for Wembley Stadium! Still I'd rather pay that to see them in a tiny venue than a massive one.
farley drexel hatcher Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Yeah £49.50 with booking fee. How do you know this?
OliDayyy Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Is the show was one day before, I'd have tried to go... But well, that's awesome for all the English/London fans I just saw pics of the venue it looks awesome !
daria02 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 How do you know this? If you follow the link for the general sale, it gives you the price.
Alan86 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Its an o2 venue, i wonder will there be priority tickets for o2 customers?
Martyn Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Its an o2 venue, i wonder will there be priority tickets for o2 customers? There's not really time for that i don't think so nope, presumably
Hermione Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 I wonder why it's so much? They usually keep it reasonable so that it's near the average/lower end price for a gig at any given venue. Surely that's way over the odds for a venue that size?
~ Walking Contradiction Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Yeah £49.50 with booking fee. Fuck. How does the presale work by the way? If you buy the ticket they will send you a mail to pick up your ticket at the venue or what?
Holly Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 The train I need to book doubles in price if I wait till tomorrow to buy it. I don't know whether to book it now and hope to God I'm going.
green day drunkbunny Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 I just hate how bands always go to the south of England, while everyone struggles for money these days, a lot of people in the south can afford to travel - no matter where the band is playing yet they still get it on their doorstep, meanwhile the north is generally a lot poorer. I dont know a single person near me who's going and I'm sure a lot of people are in the same situation. I've been a fan of Green Day for around 7 years, I haven't seen them play even once.
