I love it when Billie tweets random thoughts. He was probably munching on a snack watching t.v when they mentioned trump. Suddenly it dawns on him that trump is still the president. His smile fades. He puts down the food. No ones around to listen to him. He wipes his greasy hands on his pants (he does this. He's gross) and takes out his phone to let us know his random thought instead.

Sorry to break it to you, he's definitely one of those.  maybe that's the cause of his typos.  Greasy fingers don't allow him to type properly.
