Mary Daze Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 part 4 (the last one I love how Tré's talking about travelling around the world and being on the road for the first time!
Annie, get your gun Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Ayyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gracias!!! I'm gonna watch it right now!!!
drugstore hooligan Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Kinda cool that Dos is basically a second fbht album. Seriously the wait is killing me. I want uno dos and tre in my hands (and possibly pants) right now.
Scarlett93 Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I love how Tré's talking about travelling around the world and being on the road for the first time! he was really talkative this time hahhaahha and at the end he even jumped on the interviewer's lap it was a great interview to see
Heather. Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 ¡Muchas gracias a todos! These guys have a really good, different vibe about them... I can't tell you what it is, but I like it.
Zelda Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Tre at the end. Great interview. We need more like this.
Annie, get your gun Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I love the interview -I LOVE IT!!!- Omg Trééé he talked a lot! and Mike too This make me so so so excited about everything!
Katarina. Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 This might have been (one of) the best Green Day interview(s) I've ever seen. I really enjoyed watching it. Good questions, even better answers! I don't know what it is, but there's a certain different vibe about them/this whole new era that is just great. It's good. I like it.
greendepent Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Is one the few times that I see Tré and Mike giving great answers, rather only making the fool haha
Annie, get your gun Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Is one the few times that I see Tré and Mike giving great answers, rather only making the fool haha Oh no, they never play the fool... They make us laugh, especially Tré
Laura! Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I loved this interview so much. I love how he asked different questions that hardly anybody asks about, like about the different cultures and about Live 8 and Woodstock 94. Just overall a really really good interview.
justcause Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 This might have been (one of) the best Green Day interview(s) I've ever seen. I really enjoyed watching it. Good questions, even better answers! I don't know what it is, but there's a certain different vibe about them/this whole new era that is just great. It's good. I like it. Totally. The interviewer was so great - it felt like he had a real appreciation for Green Day, he was informed and enthusiastic, and his questions were really well-chosen. I loved that he asked about Live 8 - that was such a stand-out moment in the AI era. I remember Billie Joe just looking at that huge crowd, and 'We Are the Champions' was so full of emotion and particular meaning to where Green Day was at right then - from having been almost forgotten to being the biggest thing in the world all over again. It must've been so fucking mystifying, so yeah-this-is-great and how-the-fuck-did-this-happen all at the same time. So yeah, this guy asked all the right questions, at the right time, because all three of Green Day seemed in the mood for it. It feels like they're still trailing off from the creative process - like, in the afterglow - a little bit uncertain of how this is gonna fly, but totally committed to this uncertainty. 'Dos' is Foxboro #2 ?? Yeah well then I guess it's gotta have its own tour, with The Rev.
Android Jesus Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I really loved the interview, I just wished it would have been longer Those questions were actually suggested by fans, so I'm really happy he took those suggestions And they'll come to Latin America!!! I'm so excited! It would be awesome to hear a GD album in spanish they're so unpredictable, but I don't think they'll do it anyways
Annie, get your gun Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 It would be awesome to hear a GD album in spanish they're so unpredictable, but I don't think they'll do it anyways There's no way they'll do an entire album but maybe a song would be cool! Especially if Mike and Tré sing too, their spanish sound a little less weird than Billie's haha It would be so cute ♥

Billie's spanish is so funny, he has that weird accent, but i like it
gd86arg Posted August 6, 2012 Author Posted August 6, 2012 Billie knew exactly what he was saying, answer all the question without a doubt, he don't need to say "ya know" to be approved
DannyDirnt Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I love how Billie isn't the only one to talk now. All of them talk approximately the same.
basketcase85 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Really cool interview, you can tell the interviewer is a fan. Good to see them sharing the answers. Tré looks so happy! <3
jacknovella Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I am in love with this new era already, I can tell these three albums are going to hold some of the most kick ass songs we've ever heard from any band, let alone Green Day. You can tell in this interview that they're out of the shadow of American Idiot now, and they're going for a more carefree, back to basics approach
.................... Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Thank you so much for sharing! This interview is great, it gives me the answer for a few questions I've been thinking a lot recently. And of course, it's always nice to hear Mike and Tre talking too.
No Rhyme Or Reason Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 That interview was excellent, and probably one of my favorites from them ever! Like a few people already said, they have this kind of different vibe to them, like they're more confident and comfortable with who they are, and know they don't have to prove themselves to anyone anymore. They just seem different but in a really good way - they seem laid back and wise, but still fun - I like it. I love that they got to answer some different questions too! It's interesting hearing about traveling to different countries and taking in their different cultures. And I hope they do release a Spanish album, or just song (cause that would be easier and make more sense) - that'd be fun! Not sure how much they speak, but they obviously do know a little! Thanks for posting the videos!
