You and I had the same thought, but unfortnuately... Limit one entry per person per valid email address and per household. Multiple entries received from any person or email address or household after the first entry received from that person or email address or household will be void.

There have been contests where it's UK / Europe only. Not to mention, there is a US tour coming up in the fall. That's where they are getting the tickets from. When a Europe Tour comes around, there will be contests over there too. Don't hate where you come from. You all want to move to the US? Be my guest, I'd rather move elsewhere.
