Team Xtina actually got a couch moment this episode! I was starting to wonder if they even *had* a room like that

It's always amazing when billie says something constructive

Can't watch it anymore 'cause school started

Can someone tell me what number episode it is? Or when it's gonna be on in New Zealand? The last episode on was the one with Lionel Ritchie, so is it the next one?

"I am 15, but I have emotions." - Female contestant

Because teenage girls are often stereotyped for their lack of emotions.

Okay, I know this doesn't have to do with Billie's part, but what in the hell did those girls just do to that Joan Jett song?

I was saying this earlier to my friend, but I think Billie often looks bored on television, especially when other people are talking to him, because he is just trying to listen. I often look away when someone is talking to me, or if people are talking and it isn't to me but it is something I need to pay attention to... It's not about boredom or anything like that. He definitely seems to have some serious ADHD or just unease in situations like that, so it's understandable to me. As for his constructive criticism... He liked to focus on the lyrics, and letting the performers know how to bare their souls and connect with the lyrics. When there isn't that to focus on, especially when the voices are all female pop with that power, Christina knows where it's at for sure. She's tiny but she's hard to upstage when it comes to vocals.

Yeah, Billie's ADHD is readily apparent in situations like these.

Exactly.

I wonder if he had gone with Adam, how mentoring might have been different for him. I think it's great that he chose Christina but it is an interesting question. (Also think it's good Adam has Mary J Blige, rounds out the criticism for his team and... hey, she's neither white nor male and there's a lot of that going around).

The Voice was actually good tonight for the first time this season. I'm pleasantly surprised.

That was last season, so it will likely be a long time before it airs there. People are posting video links though! :)

Wait, Billie has ADHD? Wasn't it Mike? :fan facepalm:

I don't think billie did this to actually impart wisdom or anything. Think he just wanted to do it because he likes the show. Fan boy moment xD

Well, it's entirely possible they both could :P Not like ADHD and ADD are uncommon diagnoses....But I only remember Billie mentioning having it.

I think it was a little bit of both, plus recognizing the promotional value. Billie has never been shy about giving advice to other people in bands, and he seems to put a high value on the influential aspects of being an artist.

Was that the last time Billie is going to be on? I hope so...I was tired of sitting through the whole show just to see 3 minutes of him!

Yeah, last night was his last episode.

Yeah, last night was his last episode.

This will thrill my hubby to no end knowing this! :)
