Most of them are from different sites like gettyimages, wireimage etc. Some of the pictures have been sent in by fans those are credited.

Either Billie is crowd-surfing but you see his back, or you see Billie's belly but he's not crowd-surfing (he is hanging upside down on a bar). Do you want me to post them anyway?
