I read on someone's blog who went to the Echoplex show that there were quite a few professional cameramen at the show. So I was thinking that maybe they are gonna release a new song one in every two weeks or so. Like we got 'Oh Love' on July 16 and then two weeks after we got 'Let Yourself Go' on the 30th and then again two weeks after we got 'Kill the DJ' on August 14th.

there´s no date now but I´m pretty sure it will be the 4/11/12 because in germany it comes out 5 days before it (just like Uno, dos, tré)

It think it's good that they pushed back Kill The DJ until September. That will give Oh Love a better chance to do well on radio, now that it has the video to give it that extra promo.

I hope Oh Love becomes a hit (maybe top 20?), and that will get everyone excited about Green Day again. (Plus, it really is a great song. It deserves more attention and love.)

And then when Kill The DJ goes to radio, it will become an even bigger hit! #1 song of the year!!

It might be a single off of !DOS! though. Didn't Billboard Magazine say a single from !DOS! would be released in September?

I figured the one after that (listed as October 6th, I believe) would be Dos' first single. It'd get a little messy if they start releasing singles from a different album before the first one is even out. So hopefully Stay the Night is our September single!

And since they filmed a video for it already, I presumed it is the next single. For the UK as well as the US. I hope it is, anyway! It's such a good song, and really radio-friendly!

I highly doubt Stay The Night would be next though. They haven't really mentioned it. And, I don't know, it just seems too simple and like not enough of a statement. Kill The DJ is different and interesting, but Stay The Night, while a good song, just doesn't sound like something that would suddenly get people interested in Green Day. If people have heard their past stuff and not been interested, Stay The Night wouldn't be a song to change their minds. But Kill The DJ is different enough that it could.
