Posting pictures on instagram can be anything from making pictures yourself to finding images on the Internet. I think he just picked this picture to greet France because they just arrived. He maybe did not had the chance to take a picture of the flag but wanted to post something right away. Don't know The point everyone's making is that they are trying to fool us that they are in France when Reading Festival is tomorrow. They wouldn't go to France and back to England. So everyone thinks they are just playing around on us.
