En mi estado de cuenta de GD.com dice "not yet shipped". Y cuando le doy click al link que me mandaron x mail dice que no encuentra resultados. Y si, al parecer lo envian por DHL.

No? I paid with Paypal on their site and got a confirmation e-mail shortly after I placed my order.

I never had to enter something like a password for an account, I think.

I got an email confirmation that my item was shipped but no tracking number to be seen, just a "shipment #(****)" which is not clickable and doesn't specify if it's an actual tracking number or kinda like an order number. An option on preorder.greenday.com opened up that says shipments, It also says it's shipped but no tracking number. Tried that number on DHL, UPS and USPS but no luck. Do I get the tracking number immediately or do I have to check again in the shipments option later? My store is the USA one btw.

On the box set the documentary is called &iexcl;DVD! So what's Quattro, I know someone's gonna say its the documentary but ont the box set it has a album cover Ish thing that could be a secret album or what not

The same thing happened to me. I emailed them asking about the status of my order, no reply yet. It is released here in Canada tomorrow, not sure if it will be in on time or not
