Yup, I thought that yesterday too. That's so great. I think it's a way of repayment from Warner for all the problems we've been having!

I sent my email to the greendaystore email they responded fastly (even on a sunday)

They'll re-send a coupon code while telling you that you ordered as a guest and didn't create an account and if you want they can cancel the order refund and have you re-order it this time by opening an account (even if you did open an account before ordering like I did)

Greendaystore told me to send an email to greenday@warnerbrosrecords.com. Still no respond from that other email. And Greenday store reported it as problem solved WTF I was already charged and I ordered from an account not as a guest. Dammit I'm running out of patience. Sent them a reply back telling them that the other email hasn't responded yet, let's see what they tell me now.

When I was having issues receiving a conformation email a few weeks ago, they didn't reply after a while so I went to that website for your report that is emailed to you automatically when you shoot them an email. There was a box to add any comments to your previous report and I just commented that it still hadn't been solved. They responded pretty quickly after that! Not sure if that's what you did, but it seems to work.

I`ve emailed the IC admin about this problem. I`ve had a few people telling me the site isn`t working properly. its more than likely just down to the number of people rushing to pre-order. you`ve got until Monday so I wouldn`t panic. you might decide you don`t actually need it.

I was in the process of ordering when they went out of stock, and the confirmation page didn't load correctly, but I have a pretty shitty internet connection. I can see that my card has been charged, but still no confirmation email. It's probably been a half hour.

I got mine straight away earlier today. There's probably been a huge influx of orders in the last hour or so, and if youve been charged I shouldn't worry yet.

Has anybody from Australia bought the Uno,Dos,Tre ultimate box set? I'm having trouble buying it. It says "Sorry, but we can't sell Oh Love Digital Single in Australia" (even though I already bought it anyways lol) and it won't let me buy it. Please Help!!!!

Hey, I think I can help you. I had the very same problem, so I think I know what the solution is.

Here's your download link: (This is the German store, but I think you can change it to your country in the top-right corner) http://de.7digital.c...-edition-bundle Make a new account there, then simply follow the instructions on the page. The "voucher code" is in your confirmation email where it tells you all your order details. It is pretty hard to find, but it's there. I hope this helps you. If you still have some questions, just ask!

Ok I don't know if this has been like that for a while, but I've been checking the pre-order site almost every day and it seems like they changed what's in the bundle? added a new picture to show everything that's in the bundle:
