like I said, as far as I know the code for the second single will be sent out today. I know its showing as available in the online store...but if you don`t have the correct code, it wont work.

and what to do if you cant even login to your account because of a (obviously) issue (when i try to login i get a message telling me my account doesnt excist), but i already payed for the ultimate bundle set..the support dont answer me :/

Got the link for KTDJ about 30 minutes ago. I'm a bit disappointed, I mean it is a kick-ass song, but we've already known it for a while and I was hoping for a studio version of Stay The Night... Shit happens, I'd say.

I'm a total idiot concerning technical stuff, here's a rather lame question: When I download the song, it's automatically saved/played in the Windows Media Player. How do I save it in my iTunes library? I haven't figured it out yet. :fuckthat:

have you tried creating an account then? thats what everybody else has had to do once they ordered the set.

I First created an acc for the GD store And then ordered my ultimate bundle set. But Since the whole GD hp thing got a renewal it tells me my acc doesnt excist :/ so now i cant login anymore or change my password and cant use my downloads..the Support dont answer me too :'( i payed much money for this and now everything fucks me in my ass

I got my download link, and ya it's KTDJ pissed off that I payed for it on iTunes, I presumed this would be a different single cos it's been out here a few weeks

~two times ya :/ but unfortunately they dont answer, so i dont know who to contact now..its like i payed for this, they took my money, and now i get nothing (beside the Oh Love single download)..now im even in fear that i wont receive the physical copies of the trilogy because it seems that my account i ordered the ultimate bundle with doesnt excist anymore (probably a technical issue since they updated the GD.com homepage)..and there is no one other i could report my issue, just the support but they dont answer...but luckily i got screens/save files of the confirmation emails with the order confirmation and the codes for downloads/IC..

Oh... thats wierd, i sent them an e-mail about two weeks about trouble downloading the KTDJ single and i got a reply by the next morning!!!

I'm sure this was already asked and I'm sorry, but why can't I see the PayPal option? I can only choose to use a MasterCard or a Visa, which I don't have

A while ago I think they did have paypal as an option, but they removed it? Idk, it sucks anyway. But you can still use paypal in the US store! That is also the international one, so you can order it from there. The only difference is that you have to pay more shipping costs.
