today! fucking finally DOS arrived today!!!!

i don't think i've played Dos since Tre came out, so i think i'll actually enjoy listening to the brand new cd now

As said above, I meant the paper about returning the delivery. It said what I had ordered through Warner (the 3 CDs and 1 DVD) and how many of them.

Hate to be that guy, but does anyone else who has Tré agree that it just doesn't feel as nice as the other two, almost like it was rushed? The card back of the book is much thinner stock, the paper is glossier and therefore lower quality, the little touches like quotes are gone, the green day logo on the spine doesn't match up with UNO and DOS. I love it, but it just sort of feels to me as if they rushed it out because of the brought-forward release date... :/

I think that's just it though :/ To be honest I was still expecting to receive it around new year, the way they were talking about it being delivered late because of its manufacturing and stuff. Maybe they rushed them out, knowing people were pissy about Uno and Dos arriving late.

I do love that last page, particularly with the photo of Billie, but overall the book just feels cheaper than the other two, which kinda sucks :/

I thought I’ll ask here because somebody would know. Well, I missed the boxset preorders but I decided I’d still like to buy the book versions because the art and everything looks so much better than the plain CD booklets. So I planned to buy them from the official UK/European store.

And here comes the question. If I buy the book versions separately will I get the slipcase with the skull (the boxset one) too or the books only? It would be nice to have something to put the books in than having them just lying around here…

Just the books the slipcase was exclusive to the box set. But quite honestly, the books are more than nice enough as standalones.

The binding on my book is all fucked up. The back cover takes up half of the side edge, and looks like shit in my box
