Because I saw some unboxing videos and it were like magazine size but mine it's like a dvd box size or like a small notebook anyone else not get the fingerholes at the sides of the slipcase? Not having those makes it really hard to get the books out of the box. Might email Warner to explain the situation and ask for a new slip case with the fingerholes to be sent. I think it will be hard that warner can change them!

It is dvd-sized It could look different on the videos, but they're all like that.

Its already bad with the cd artworks but its even worse with the cd-book artworks of the ultimate box set uno is on the right dos is written on the left so it doesn't matter on which side tré will be it won't fit and the thing with the hair is the same issue like with the normal version ( billie and trè's hair is behind the Green Day font and Mikes is above) (images are from the offical gd website so i assume they are correct even though i hope not) You're not the only one, it bugs me too. When the art work got officially released I noticed that too and not only is Mike's hair in front of the Green Day logo his head isn't as big as Billie's and Tré's and Jason's (they just didn't make it big enough by not zooming in, notice how you can see more of Mike's shoulders than anyone else?) I dunno it bugs me :/

They still aren't letting me track it but after numerous emails to them I finally got somebody to say it had been shipped (in the reply section of a complaint and not even an official thing)I also got an email saying they may have gotten my order wrong and sent me 2 copies but knowing them this probably means no copies or they missed off something else entirely.

Well, when first Warner told me that it can took 4-6 weeks for it to arrive but I thought they eere joking and I have two 2 weeks but it arrived exactly 4 weeks since the realese of ¡Uno!
