WestboundSign! Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 These albums seem to once again go in a whole new direction. Every single sentence I hear about them keeps getting me more and more excited. I don't know what to expect and that's probably what makes it this thrilling!
Heather. Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Two years of Spanish classes and I still cannot translate the tweets. It took me living in Spain for a year to be able to do that shit No shame.
Alan86 Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Maybe. Or maybe they did a little re-ordering of the track list. But I'd prefer the first theory to be the right one. Another thing I was thinking is that Amy might be a hidden track, cause it doesn't really fit with the description of the album, "At the Party"
Mary Daze Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Maybe. Or maybe they did a little re-ordering of the track list. But I'd prefer the first theory to be the right one. Hope that as well.. To me it would seem a little wierd if Dos had 13 songs and Tre only 11.. But most of what I was expecting for the trilogy was proofed to be wrong.
Cris. Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Except Amy would be so out of place in the middle of a party album.... it serves as a transition to Tre, methinks. Maybe they just outright moved it to Tre, or it's track 13... which could mean there are only 11 songs on Tre, if they stick to the 36 they claimed in RS. Well, either this journalist is wrong, or the RS got something wrong in that article... I guess we'll have to wait and see.
lizziebix Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Another thing I was thinking is that Amy might be a hidden track, cause it doesn't really fit with the description of the album, that is "At the Party" Agreed, except that Amy Winehouse was certainly a party girl. *don't mind me, just thinking out loud*
Fuzz Posted July 12, 2012 Author Posted July 12, 2012 Or it could also be a mistake on her part, thinking it was the last song when it wasn't.
Cris. Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Maraliza @Maraliza_Grita Vamos en Tre y en X-Kid justamente estan describiendo como sigues sintiendo que eres niño y que te gustaria empezar de nuevo otra vez "We're now listening to Tre and in X-Kid they're describing how you continue feeling you're a kid and that you'd like to start all over again "
Alan86 Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Agreed, except that Amy Winehouse was certainly a party girl. *don't mind me, just thinking out loud* Agreed, but the lyrics to the song are about losing someone. They don't describe her wild lifestyle.
lizziebix Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Agreed, but the lyrics to the song are about losing someone. They don't describe her wild lifestyle. Point taken.
Cris. Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Another thing I was thinking is that Amy might be a hidden track, cause it doesn't really fit with the description of the album, "At the Party" That is possible too.
21stcenturyidiot Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 So far my mind is exploding. Rap? Hip-hop? I'm so confused. Very excited for the albums though. Any Green Day is great.
Karol Oliveira Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I'm still wondering what the Beatles reference in It's Fuck Time could possibly be. Have to wait until Dos is out!
99 Revolutions Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I'm still wondering what the Beatles reference in It's Fuck Time could possibly be. Its Awesomeness.
WalkingContradictionPL Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I really don't know much about rap and hip-hop. What is the difference between them?
solongfromthestars Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I really don't know much about rap and hip-hop. What is the difference between them? I think the interviewers have probably just used different words to describe the same thing, because they're talking about the same song, right? I'm waiting to hear something about Stray Heart... please? Bash me for bringing that up if you will.
Karol Oliveira Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Yes... both were talking about Nightlife. And I want Stray Heart too!
gdpony Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 just when I think there will be no more surprises ...
petros Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I can't believe the albums are finished and it will be so long until we listen to them. Also these tweets make me more and more exciting can't wait for proper reviews.
~ Walking Contradiction Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 woooo the interviewer answered me! @Maraliza_Grita how many songs are there on Dos? @ChristieRoad_86 13!
valeriesername Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 there is going to be 13 songs on Dos!! @christieroad- how many song are there on dos? @maraliza- 13!
Cris. Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Someone asked journalist how many songs there will be on ¡Dos! and she said 13. WalkingContradiction @ChristieRoad_86 @Maraliza_Grita how many songs are there on Dos? Maraliza @Maraliza_Grita @ChristieRoad_86 13! so I guess maybe it was the Rolling Stones who got soemthing wrong? Or Green Day decided to add a song last minute? Edit: Everyone beat me to it XD This is why GDC should have "delete comment" button
