I love it. At first I was kinda like "Wow is this seriously the cover?", then the more I looked at it the more it grew on me.

... And why did they have to use the same bloody font as MCR's last album?

It's not the MCR font. It's exactly the same as the font of American Idiot, just skewed to the right, and coloured pink. See my previous post for comparison
