-Billiejoezee- Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Nice, I didn't know Huntington was chill like that. Ever since they wanted to get rid of the firepits, I haven't really thought of them as that liberal All joking aside though, that does sound like a pretty cool idea. I'd be down to see a beach show. Almost all beaches now want to get rid of the firepits. If it's that event at Newport, then maybe Saturday!! Oh I'm getting so excited!
Bam13 Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 *sigh* another show I'm most likely going to miss....
Ritz Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Just woke up and read Billie's tweet ! This is going to be a beach party for sure ! So awesosme, wish there was a way that I could go
Whatsinaname Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Are you guys talking about Newport Beach, California? I was there on spring break March 2012! Also, Huntington Beach.
-Billiejoezee- Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Are you guys talking about Newport Beach, California? I was there on spring break March 2012! Also, Huntington Beach. Yup.
Gwen Stacy Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 The sand or: Maybe something like they did on Goat Island?
-Billiejoezee- Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 I want the 2nd option. lol imagine at last minute they tell the location and it isn't the beach it's the fucking Roxy or something.
-Billiejoezee- Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 With none of that 21+ crap... I mean just because there's gonna be drinking doesn't mean it has to be 21+…i've been to shows where almost everyone was drinking and it was all ages anyways.
Ashley! Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 With none of that 21+ crap... I mean just because there's gonna be drinking doesn't mean it has to be 21+…i've been to shows where almost everyone was drinking and it was all ages anyways. Well yeah, but if its at an actual club then it probably will be. Clubs/bars/anywhere really will get in BIG trouble for underage drinking, so they make it 21+ to cover their asses.
beejeezee Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 OHMYGODI'MEXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!! If Billie releases the news at the right time I'll actually be able to drive down to see this one 21+ or not
BringMoreKnives Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 [insert complaint about how living on the east coast sucks, here]

Clubs/bars/anywhere really will get in BIG trouble for underage drinking, so they make it 21+ to cover their asses. Well isn't that why there's wristbands and I.D checking for the bars? Let's say they played at the roxy, I see no reason why it would be 21+. If someone wants to drink they go up to the bartender and show I.D and the wristband you get at the door OHMYGODI'MEXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!! If Billie releases the news at the right time I'll actually be able to drive down to see this one 21+ or not Wait really? You'd come?

If someone wants to drink they go up to the bartender and show I.D and the wristband you get at the door That doesn't work all the time though an underage person could drink before and then go, and the club would still get in trouble for it. A bunch of my friends and I got caught being drunk before we went into a club and they just kicked us out without calling the cops. Just because they could get in a shit ton of trouble just for us being there and being drunk.
Mar Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Each coast has its benefits. Trust me lots of people wished they were in NYC circa 2010-11. Very true! And this Midwesterner will sit in a corner and cry
BringMoreKnives Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Each coast has its benefits. Trust me lots of people wished they were in NYC circa 2010-11. *shrugs* True. Then again I'm not really close to NYC either.
Ashley! Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 And this Midwesterner will sit in a corner and cry Most. True. Statement. EVER. All us Midwesterners always get left out...
beejeezee Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Wait really? You'd come? MAYBE! It all depends on the date, so if it's say tomorrow then no because I probably won't have enough time to drive there for the show. But if it's Saturday or Sunday then I will!
LMC Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 His last tweet gave me an idea. What if the concert will be streamed online? "There's no thing as too many friends." Well, here's to hoping!
