He can do tattoos and has done them on other people so I think it's possible he did them himself or at least had a friend do them or whatever rather than visiting a proper tattoo place, they do look "homemade". 2 Quote

We know he can definitely do tattoos because he has tattooed other people, such as Ricky Wilson from the Kaiser Chiefs. And Billie's tattoos don't look professional . If they were intricate designs, I obviously wouldn't believe that they were self-given, but since they're just simple letters and numbers, I believe it slightly more. Plus, giving yourself tattoos is such a Billie thing to do. 3 Quote
