I just assumed he wore them that way because it was the longest length in the little boys shop.

His stylist makes his pants for him to custom measurements, so he wears them slung nice and low to please us...and I've seen in other photos he wears black calvin kleins pulled low under the pants..believe me I have researched this extensively!!!

He looks incredibly funny in those dresses.
