Raven93
We don't know which venues they'll play yet. Its not a case of knowing which one ? When the hyro arena is finished then all concerts will probably be moved to there .... So whatever I don't know - the secc hall 4 is better

La's Letterbomb
Aw, maybe Kerrang! are bulllshitting or exaggerating the news, They are obviously taking a leaf out of Green Days book and being hugh teasers! If they leave it too long no ones going to care anymore and just get pissed though..If its not the tour I am slighty interested in what they say, It would suck if it was just news we heard before! No, the guy knows something. He said he's not allowed to tell yet, which means Green Day have probably told him they're not ready to let whatever it is go public just yet. cocoepops
Does anyone think that this American competition is a clue?
Mary Daze
Does anyone think that this American competition is a clue? Maybe they will announce some (or hopefully many!) US Tour dates, because they have to announce em soon to sell more tickets, but I'm pretty sure these US Tour date announcements will come along with some dates for the UK, at least I hope so! ..Or Green Day will confirm the Tour dates (in a press release, on their website, Twitter,.. ) 'themself' and the Karrang! Magazine will announce when the first single will be released? And maybe the Artwork for uno? We had the one from 21stCB pretty early..
sharika
i completely skipped over the word rumoured, freaked out and started dancing, sat down to see that there is not tour (yet) just popped a bottle of champagne for no reason.
sara_gd
I don't think Kerrang will give us news, but it's probable that we'll have some news through other place and the next day Kerrang comes out with the news for the rest of the world that isnt' an internet-Green Day freak
greendaytodeathandback
Damn, still no news. I am visiting this thread less and less frequently. I mean, having a hissy fit in the middle of the shop where I usually buy Kerrang! when I saw that there was NOTHING on Green Day was not one of my best moments

Undómiel
I wonder if they'll do the whole "saving" someone during EJN still.... or whether they'll even still play EJN....
The Pedestrian
I wonder if they'll do the whole "saving" someone during EJN still.... or whether they'll even still play EJN.... That was funny, but I can’t imagine they will. It wasn’t really a stand out track, and they’ll have so much new material. It seems unlikely to me. I can’t say I mind either way... TheJedi
I wonder if they'll do the whole "saving" someone during EJN still.... or whether they'll even still play EJN.... that song is amazing live, and i loved the saving thing x) but they'll probably do something new this tour
Sanity Loan
I wonder if they'll do the whole "saving" someone during EJN still.... or whether they'll even still play EJN.... Raises the question of what the band will play once all three albums are out due to the amount of material.
Raven93
I wonder if they'll do the whole "saving" someone during EJN still.... or whether they'll even still play EJN.... If they do still play it ... I doubt saving will be used again Remember American idiot in 2005 with the hey ohs and I want you to sing so loud. ( they did that pretty much at every gig back then ) But in 2010 it was a long solo and a pause for people to create a wall of death. They will change alot of things that we seen before 1- because they love to change things around 2 - they are not boring 3- they are performers

cocoepops
They better play EJN. One of my top tracks.
San Miguel
They'll just play 'til dawn. Clearly. Sounds good to me. If they do want to play lots of the new songs then you'd imagine they would have to drop one of the longer songs. It shows what a quality band they are in that they have the problem of too many good songs to choose from.
sara_gd
I'd like that they'd continue playing 21stCB, EJN, The Static Age, Viva la Gloria and American Eulogy, and I wouldn't mind if they quit 21 guns and defintely KYE, but it's obviously not going to happen xD But if 21stCB and Jesus of Suburbia stay, I'm happy I was thinking today that they are normally leaving an almost exact month between the legs of the tours, so if they starting USA on 20/10 (more or less), they could still announce some Europe/UK dates until 20/09 or so (I'm (secretly) specially hoping for 21/09 in Oviedo, Spain).
