Sixtrix Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 The episode just aired and Good Riddance was cut. So technically it was never on Glee, though they did record it. Glee does a lot of songs that they don't end up putting in the show. That kind of sucks. I've been waiting for this moment for 3 years, and then they end up cutting it from the show..
BJA TC MD Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 I was just told that the song was not in the episode. Well that saves it from ending like Don't Stop Believing.
jtdscape Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 I would have bet money that they were going to use it as the closing song.
*withoutadoubt* Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Me too, Jimmy! It ended, and I was like, "What? That's it? Did I miss it?" :/ After all that, and they didn't even air it...
farley drexel hatcher Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 I kind of had a feeling it would be an album only thing, I would have thought there'd be more publicity if it were going to be used on the show.
lizziebix Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 I made hubby watch the whole episode with me promising him a Green Day song at the end. The whole time he made faces at me and the TV. tbh, it really was a horrible episode and then the disappointment of NOT hearing Time of Your Life. Wasted an hour of my life that I cannot get back.
MusicalDeviant Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 This version of GR/TOYL literally burns. I can think of STDs I'd rather have then relistening to this cover.
