perfectpitchrob Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I wonder when/if the album pre-orders will be up today... If they do, I hope that Dos! and Tre! have their tracklists posted on the site!
Comic Sans Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 When an album is up for pre-order on Amazon is there the tracklist too?
farley drexel hatcher Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Yeah does anyone know what's going on with preorders? I want to know what greenday.com has to offer.
worldowesme Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I'm really anxious about knowing which preorder (if any) will include the documentaries.
WhiteTim Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I dug up this article and press release which shows he left sometime after BIAB and did some independent work and work with Atlantic Records and then came back in 2009. http://www.hypebot.com/hypebot/2009/10/wmg-names-rob-cavallo-chief-creative-officer.html It's not the article I was remembering but I'm pretty sure you could find that too, I think it was posted on GDA a few months ago. Warner owns Atlantic so not like Rob truly left the company in 2009the lol
Alan86 Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 The youtube page has a link for the pre-order now. But it just for UNO
Sweet Armataged Chump Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Uno is on iTunes for preorder for $13.99 http://itunes.apple.com/us/preorder/uno!-deluxe-version/id543327776
Elena Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I tell you, that's not what they say. Can't you see that the first sentence contradicts your view of touring for 3 years? What would be the point of saying that they are not following any rules and want to see where the music takes them if then they say that they are planning a 3 years your? I think you are misunderstanding those lines... well, i'd say it's either as you say that they don't wanna plan anything and also not the tour or he meant that they take everything as it comes, but they wanna tour 3 years...without knowing when and where they'll exactly tour and hey, even if he meant that he can't say how long the tour's gonna be, there' still the chance that it's gonna be three years
Heather. Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I'm so confused. They had the Amazon pre-order a while back, and now they're promoting the iTunes pre-order, but just for Uno? I thought there would be some kind of trilogy package... I'm trying to avoid getting screwed over, but I'm being pulled in so many different directions with this business I honestly have no clue what to pre-order where.

Wait till the last possible moment so you know all of the offers
netty Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 don`t pre-order until close to the release date then! I`m sure more options will become available over the next few weeks. I`m going to be watching prices from every site selling this, plus the official site for news of boxsets and what not. you can always cancel .pre-orders if you find them available cheaper elsewhere.
Ritz Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 not preordering, waiting for Greenday.com preorder to open which was supposed to start today but i'm waiting..

They did state in the trailer for Tre', that pre-orders from the site would be available today, but now with the promotion for the itunes pre-order, I'm not sure if that's the plan any longer.
Heather. Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Yes, I thought the iTunes promotion IS the Green Day pre-order, and there won't be a site pre-order...
Requila Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 The ¡Uno! ¡Dos! and ¡Tre! Ultimate Box Set pre-order will be available next Monday, the 23rd. Here¹s a sneak peek of what you¹ll get: - All 3 albums, in individual 48-page books, delivered to your door on their street date - One year online membership to the Idiot Club - Green Day's official fan club - Access to tickets for their upcoming tours before the general public via the Idiot Club membership (subject to availability) - Exclusive DVD of the documentary film - 3 singles, starting with their latest, "Oh Love" - And more! http://greenday.com/node/8971
No Rhyme Or Reason Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 So based on the "3 singles, starting with their latest, 'Oh Love'" - maybe 3 of the singles will be like "official" radio singles, and the rest of the released songs will just be promotional internet things? That makes sense to me! And it feels more normal and like I can understand it better. Too many singles to radio would just mean not much airplay for any of them, but just having three real singles will give them each time to shine.

I wonder if that would renew my membership early or just give me a new membership??
Ritz Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 amazing, now lets wait for the rates, im broke and its expensive for us Indians very much..
sampy Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 My guess for what is going to cost is somewhere around 60 bucks. Hopefully there's not too expensive shipping for European orders.
Clockwise Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Hmm...If only I didn't just renew my Idiot Club membership... I'll probably end up getting this anyways, ahh, another week to wait. I wonder what the price will be...Hoping it's around 50, I think that's pretty reasonable.

I`ve not heard anything about the fees changing though. I should imagine the box set will be available elsewhere though.
Requila Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I wonder if it'll be available worldwide or US only. Seems like it's getting complicated with things as delivery and tour tickets when it's worldwide, but it must be possible. Edit: tickets just a possibility via the IC, so that shouldn't be a problem
