I think it's Cavallo speaking -- it makes the most sense given what Billie's saying in the clip; the artist discussing what sound he wants with the producer.

Compare Cavallo's voice here to the voice in the video, it's pretty spot on:

...and that video is also worth watching just for the sake of it. Rob just REEKS of knowledge and experience.....and Green Day is in such great fucking hands now that they're working with him again.

Looks like Billie is going to be playing a lot of Gretsch's on the new album. It's gonna sound fucking great.

Since the vid flashes so quickly, we thought we’d better check with the Green Day camp on the exact model. According to Billie Joe’s guitar tech, Hans, it’s the singer’s “’56ish (Gretsch) Anniversary.”
