Mauri Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 This has been, by far, the hardest vote for me... I chose Stuck With Me because it's just so powerful and the lyrics are 100% straightforward. That's actually what this whole album is about, that's what made it so hard.
Sixtrix Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 pointless question - are we gonna have a week for the 3 previously unreleased songs on International Superhits? 3? You mean 2 right? or am I missing out on a special edition of International Superhits?
Elena Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 3? You mean 2 right? or am I missing out on a special edition of International Superhits? uhm...Maria, Poprocks & Coke and J.A.R., isn't it?
Juicebox Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 Can't decide between Stuck With Me and Armatage Shanks ahh ..lol i decided to vote for Armatage Shanks!
longlostson Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 i really enjoy being able to vote on songs, but its gonna get tougher as we go thru the rest of the albums.
Sixtrix Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 uhm...Maria, Poprocks & Coke and J.A.R., isn't it? Ah, good point. My bad. Somehow I did not consider J.A.R. as a previously unreleased song because it was in Angus and released as a radio single (not sure about the radio single though) But you are right
Undómiel Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 WALKING CONTRADICTION??? ARE YOU SERIOUS? STUART AND THE AVE FTW....
DoodleBob Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Walking Contradiction just because it's brilliant.
21st century girl Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 "Well the world is a sick machine, breeding a mass of shit !" PANIC SONG is definitely my favourite
insomniac98 Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Insomniac is my 2nd favorite Green Day album! I voted for Westbound Sign because it's the song that made me fall in love with Insomniac
Elena Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Ah, good point. My bad. Somehow I did not consider J.A.R. as a previously unreleased song because it was in Angus and released as a radio single (not sure about the radio single though) But you are right ah ok.. ...that doesn't matter
Sweet Children89 Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 hmm i dont know really but ill go with jaded
Disapperingirl Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 I'm amazed to see that Stuart and The Ave. is second now Yay, third vote for Tight Wad Hill -__-" It could be worse...the poor Brat has only two votes
classof12 Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Will we have an international superhits week?
Clayish Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Walking Contradiction? Really? Stuart and the Ave, 86, and Panic Song are top 3 on the album.
Hermione Posted February 15, 2012 Author Posted February 15, 2012 VERY surprised to see Stuart And The Ave. in second place! I like it a lot so I'm glad, but I thought no one gave a shit about that song lol. However I'm sad to see the wonderful Bab's Uvula Who? doing so dismally.
gmcloughlin Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 I've gotta say, I never knew Walking Contradiction was so popular among GD fans It's a decent song, but it wouldn't make it onto my list of top GD songs, but thats IMO
The Grohl Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Wow not a lot of love for Brainstew...that actually surprises me
Heather. Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 This is one poll I kind of wish Green Day could see. I think it would surprise them, or at least set off a light bulb in their heads that hey, maybe they're *wrong* about their Insomniac setlist choices. And should SERIOUSLY consider playing WC more live. I think we all agree that Brain Stew is a classic and is a good live choice (as is GSB), but look at this... fucking Panic Song is beating it.

Well I am one of the conspiracy theorists that thinks Green Day has an account here and comes on here when they're bored. They could be anyone Unrelated: 86 FTW!
bjrules Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Well I am one of the conspiracy theorists that thinks Green Day has an account here and comes on here when they're bored. They could be anyone Unrelated: 86 FTW! Totally agree with this I know I would if I was one of them. But poor old Westbound Sign only has 18 votes I am disappointed.
OldWhatsHisFace Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 I don't really like Walking Contradiction -.-
