But it has a grunge Victorian scruffy look that he's really pulling off. Billie seems to be having fun though, on a wrecking ball. Billie's ass tassle should be your custom title. It would make a good one.

But I like Jack Sparrow, so no complaining from me. Billie's jacket brings back horrible memories of marching band in 90+ degrees...DO NOT WANT. Come on! Marching band kicks ass.
Cori Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 The eyeliner is back. All I can really say is, this is interesting. Really unexpected, but interesting. I can quite figure why they have decided to take up a clothing modeling hobby. Not to say that they wouldn't make good models, it's just odd.

I was actually interested in buying some of the clothes until I went on the website and saw the prices.. $800 for a sweater, really?

I love it. Most importantly I approve of Billie's hair. Okay, I agree this is not the most "punk" thing to do, but maybe they just did it because it seemed like... fun? I don't know but guessing that they have enough money for a lifetime they might as well just do things for the hell of it and because it's fun and clearly they never cared about any opinions coming from people who don't enjoy their music anyway. Plus, I think all three of them look amazing in the commercial ( I even like the silly jacket Billie's wearing). So yeah, are there any more photos? I agree. I mean I could say it makes them look lame.....but it would be a fun thing to do! Who wouldn't wanna spend the day doing that if you were offered it? And it's entertaining for us to watch too so it's good times all round. And they've done fashion related things before anyway, not just for Adeline and Macbeth. Remember Billie's advert for Converse shoes or something with the top half of his body photoshopped on to someone else's legs? And that clothing range Mike promoted for a while with a logo that looked a bit like a penis and balls from a distance? This is nothing new.

I love it THIS! I thought this video is HILARIOUS! Never thought I would see Green Day modelling super ugly clothes.. The designer sounds pretty cool though. And why are people surprised by this? Green Day does whatever the hell they want to do.
princhess Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 They should do a commercial for shampoo. with the ridiculous amount of attention Billie's hair is receiving from all directions, this would probably make a lot of people happy (I'm not trying to offend anyone or directing that at someone in particular, it's just a general observation)

I like the idea of the campaign, Varvatos is really into punk rock, and his flagship store is located in the old CBGBs (which both excites me and gives me the willies at the same time). Plus, maybe this'll mean they'll be in NYC some this summer... if the fashion week thing in GQ comes true...That's always fun for us here.
